Are you talking about Rancho Los Amigos?
HI Tg, I do not know what that is.
I only know that Lynwood is one of the jail facilites that has a medical unit. not all of them do. The farm in Irvine does not and so inmates have to go to Theo Lacy. But, Lynwood has one, which should mean they have doctors 24/7 and a pharmacy. They can give meds and medical help.

Paris will appeal!

www.tmz.com

TMZ has learned Paris Hilton will appeal her sentence.

We're told the appeal is being drafted right now and will be filed either later today or Monday.

An Appeal is gonna drag this out! LMAO..

The appeal will be in today I bet.

They say it takes 7 to 10 days under normal conditions to set up home monitoring.Preferential? or orchestrated in advance?
Baca really blew this.
Waiting for news on the appeal.

As of noon today no medical back up re; Paris has been received by the Judge

Oh, the freaking drama of it all :p
They should have appealed in the first place..but they are working on it now. She is such a schmuck.

They never should have copped the med probelm issue. they probably could have gotten her released on overcrowding. now the appeal will have trouble I think.

:blowkiss: Thanks to all of you for all of the updates. You have turned an otherwise boring afternoon in a cubicle into a sick guilty pleasure. Seeing that picture of her crying her eyes out in the back of the cruiser was freaking priceless!

Preferential? or orchestrated in advance?

Absolutely. I 100% believe it was orchestrated in advance. It was all planned out and it backfired.

If she appeals, will they let her out while the appeal is pending? Some places do, some don't.

Dang I have to go to a meeting....

Write down all that happens from here on out please.

Thank you!

Lynie

Just read TMZ.com. They had a step by step of Paris today! From her leaving her house early to her crying for her mom when she was ordered back to jail. Her parents left the courtroom in a {huff}.

Ahh..............the tragedy!

Poor Paris, being treated like a REAL person.

Paris is withdrawing from drugs. This is my opinion of why she is behaving the way she is. Now, she may also have mental problems...growing up in that family, who wouldn't? But, I think she tried to lower the dosages by herself before going into the clink but couldn't do it successfully, went in and was cold-turkey, was VERY COLD, SICK AT HER STOMACH, COULDN'T EAT THE FOOD, CRYING ALL THE TIME, COULDN'T SLEEP! Then, her psych. got her out. Now, Greta Van Susteren described her in the courtroom as being twitchy and shaking constantly. Gimme a break! I'll eat one of my numerous hats (with salt and pepper) if she isn't a rich junkie coming off drugs the hard way!!!

gaia:cool:

Her legal advise/team IMO have screwed it up...............oh the drama, trying to go to mama Hilton, being led away with her wrailing "mama, mama, mama".

I'm pizzed at myself for keeping up with this

Having never understood all the publicity and adoration Paris Hilton gets - I don't usually follow anything about her. But when I heard she had been released to home monitoring, although being infuriated I wasn't surprised. Money talks and Paris walks - blech. I've been totally sucked into the events of today though and maybe after learning the judge is sending her back to jail after all I should drop some of my suspicion about the justice system? Nah... anyway- it has been an interesting morning! Not much work got done here as a result but I sure enjoyed the drama of the day!

LOL :D I saw that picture and thought to myself, "That might work on mommy and daddy, but not LE!"

Guess she's just one of those people who has to learn the hard way.:innocent:

Seriously, I am so sickened by Paris' behavior. Because of this appeal, she obviously hasnt learned to accept the fact that she broke the law by driving under the influence. She needs to suck it up and serve her sentence.

I dont know if her family still profits from Hilton Hotels? If they do then I am boycotting it. I won't stay at any Hilton hotels. Why would I put my money where some spoiled brat is going to take it to buy alcohol then drive and possibily kill someone. I know I am only 1 person but I'd feel better knowing I dont support the family's business.

IMO,they worked out a deal with Baca in advance and that is why they didn't appeal the sentence. They knew that Baca would let her out but they did not bank on the judge getting pizzed off.
