It isn't just the herpes, it's the abscesses AND the herpes. Don't forget that a single abscess basically killed Anna Nicole - or at least made a HUGE contribution to her death and this is in a very much more problematic and hygiene challenging area. Once you get abscesses it is NOT just a regular herpes outbreak any more and from what I read, antibiotics are not "getting the job done" - she is evidently very ill and requires special attention the jail Drs are not capable of giving - in fact may require surgery, debriding (like a burn patient) and sterile "packing" inside and out (of her anus and vagina). She also cannot eat or have a BM - contamination.

This particular rumor is really picking up steam and yes she is having a hard time mentally but she was not shaking from a mental issue, but a physical one.

Believe it or don't but it's what's floating out there...

Paris will get medical treatment in jail...just like the other prisoners who herpes become abscessed. The jail isn't going to take a chance and let her die. If she needs surgery or antibiotics or enemas or anal packing she will get them in jail.

I dunno...I think the 'claustophobia' rumor is slightly more respectable than the 'herpes outbreak abscess'.

Her publicist is really lazy lately. Unless the rumors were started as a publicity campaign to garner sympathy.

On news shows tonight they're showing the original written sentence by the judge which specifically said she is not to have her sentence shortened nor can she be released with an electronic monitor -SPECIFICALLY. He also said that because this was violated (though it was the jailer at fault) she must now serve the entire sentence.

They've also said no proof of any medical issue was presented. I can't imagine that if there is medical documentation that the judge would not have reviewed it.

It didn't stop them from throwing her a party when she was released from jail early. They said she couldn't go anywhere so her friends came to her!

That's what I thought too. But then the sheriff said something about next week giving the judge the medical documents to the judge and they are going to see what happens.

Hi fran. No she is still eligible for her good time-work time program. That is up to the Sheriff. It would be highly irregular if she did not get those credits.
He was just reiterating the sentence. It is the same and has never changed.
Now if she is bad girl in jail, she will not get her good time credit of 50% and then she WILL spend the whole 45 days.
OR If she had stayed out on home monitoring, she would have to serve the entire sentence. It's a trade off.

The judge said if there is indeed a medical probelm, he will look at it like any other inmate and make a determination.
If he should reduces her sentence to 23 days, she will serve half of that. Or he could let her out altogether.

Greta was in the courtroom earlier (2 feet from Paris) and thought she was sick due to drug related.

That's what am hearing. It is totally up to her and how she acts as to how long she will be in there for. If she continues to cry, scream and yell she will not get days cut for good behavior.

Would she have been on a very heavy dosage to cause that much twitching, etc.? I didn't see her, but the way the media was speaking about it makes you wonder.

Flowerchild, can I ask where you get your information? You seem to have lots of 'insider' info both here and on the Anna threads - info that I have not seen anywhere other than your posts.

All ya gotta do is read....it's all over TMZ and other similar boards. I get my info the same place everyone else can if they want to read. I get PAID to read and research stuff and I read/process pretty fast but I don't have any info that isn't available to others who have an interest in reading ALL the posts and forums etc.

And ALL my info in ANY thread comes from sources online which I frequently link to and attribute openly. I don't ask people to believe things on my say-so - they are more than welcome to do their own research and find the info to dispute or verify themselves. I SAID the GOSSIPS were saying ______ and that is exactly what I meant. No verification except from some chick who's brother (or someone she is close to) works at the jail in LA - but it's everywhere now - not just one place?

Paris Hilton deserves to do her "time" but my stars people need to get a grip - she isn't Mary Winkler and will likely do as much time ...

Mary Winkler must serve at least 210 days of her sentence but gets credit for the 143 days she has already spent in jail, Judge Weber McCraw said.
That leaves 67 days, and McCraw said up to 60 days of the sentence could be served in a facility where she could receive mental health treatment. That means Winkler might spend only another week in jail.
The system should be EQUAL for everyone - not based on the "media attention" the judge can get.
