I hope Paris serves the entire 45 days. I hope she's treated like everyone else who's arrested and incarcerated. Seems that the judge wasn't swayed by the little rich girl gone bad routine.

Well this is the interesting part. Because I do not think most would stay the entire 45 days. If she does it would be unusual and then I would think that the judge IS treating her differently.

Well, if it really is pot that tells me she really couldn't give a flying flip about her jail sentence...if she did she'd be toeing the line, keeping a low profile, and certainly obeying the laws. For God's sake, if you want to smoke pot at least do it at home!

Alas, I see from this morning that she's using her MySpace to spread a petition and an appeal to the Governor for leniency. I hope he doesn't let her off. Actually, it would appear by her denial of any wrong-doing, she probably would be better off doubling the sentence, just to GET THE POINT!!

Actually, I think I'll look up the prosecutor's email address and tell him thanks for applying the law to everyone.

I think it's absolutely astonishing and ridiculous that this rich b**ch thinks she can get away with any and all of this because she has money. If you or I did ANY of these, we'd find ourself in jail... she deserves the same as the "average bear". She's lucky she didn't receive the max of 12 months... 45 days?!? That's NOTHING!

I also heard that she will HAVE to serve a minimum of 39 days - that's with good behavior.
