I think it is ridiculous that people can pretend to know someone intimately such as Paris Hilton from news reports and her sex tape. We don't know what really goes on behind closed doors. She could be a great mother someday.

I don't know many of us that didn't rebel in various ways during our teens and twenties. It didn't mean we were all horrible parents in the long run. (It did mean that my children didn't get by with as much tho because I knew all their tricks. LOL)

And, there are plenty of women who weren't ready to be mothers. I just don't see Paris quitting her social life to stay at home with a baby.

My own mother, God rest her soul, did some things that I WOULD NEVER do as a parent. Just because you have a certain type of parent doesn't mean you're going to repeat their mistakes. I feel this girl had somewhat of a stunted childhood because she never had to work or want for anything. That's not to say she'll be a complete failure as a parent. Hopefully, the Madden brothers are relatively normal and, if she's pregnant by him, will help raise a decent child.

Wealthy people never give up anything to have a baby. Doesn't mean the baby is doomed.

Everything in moderation. Paris doesn't have to completely give up a social life to be a good parent. It might surprise a lot of people to find out she really isn't the airhead socialite we have been mistaking her for all along because it is what she put out to the public. We don't know her.

However, I agree with Jeana...the father could have plenty to do with the way his child is raised and mistakes don't always repeat themselves.

I agree with you Floh. She does look thick in the middle...for Paris, that is. (She looks a normal size for the rest of the world.)
