Details of Disappearance
Patricia's friend picked her up from work at the Golden Corral Restaurant and dropped her off at her residence in Waxahachie, Texas on July 28, 1994. Patricia was last seen leaving her home to walk down the street to her best friend's residence later that evening.

She was approached by her former husband, Archie Becks, and his acquaintance, Dennis Miller, as she left her home. Patricia and Archie had recently divorced at the time and she filed a protective order against him.

Patricia never arrived at her friend's house and has not been seen again. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance.

I can figure out what happened to her, but there is no proof.

That is heartbreaking, that everyone knows what probably happened but there is not enough to make an arrest. How awful for her family. It looks like Archie was sentenced to 60 years in 2013 for assaulting a child. He won't be getting out. I hope (but doubt) if he has enough humanity to tell the family where she is as he gets to the end. I also wonder if Dennis Miller might talk someday since Becks is locked up.

I know the child victim personally and heard numerous rumors surrounding this case in my earlier years. Of course I wouldn’t have enough detail that would lead to any relative and proven findings although I’ve interacted with all parties except for Ms Mason. I can attest that the two gentleman mentioned were extremely secretive and deceptive.

I was disappointed that all the media on Archie in 2013, with his sexual assault case failed to mention Patricia. It would have been a great opportunity to get some attention on her missing person case. I don't know if LE considers him a suspect but he was the last to see her and she had a protective order against him.

<<Oliver said an inmate told police in October of 2023 that Becks was murdered on the trail that runs alongside the railroad tracks on the north side of the field and that her body was buried in the field.

Oliver said it is believed the body would have been buried on the north side of the field since it’s unlikely the killer would have dragged the body very far.>>

<<The dogs searched approximately 2 acres on the north and west sides of the field. After several hours of searching one of the dogs picked up an area of interest near a woodpile. Then a second dog noticed something, too.>>

<<Later, ground penetrating radar devices were used to look for areas of inconsistency in the ground, possibly indicating something had been buried. The devices picked up abnormalities near the same areas the dogs noticed a scent.

The team dug an area approximately 25 feet by 50 feet and 2 feet down. But soon after starting they realized there was nothing there.

“We were expecting to dig down 5 feet or so,” Oliver said. “What we found was there was about 18 inches under the soil where we hit solid rock and couldn’t go any deeper.”

For now, it’s a dead end. But Oliver said the most recent search could still spark future leads.>>
