Thank you it brought tears to my eyes.
Ghost and Dirty dancing were some of my all time favorites.
He had so much life in him and talent, very sad to see him go so young.
He did give it his all. he really did. Great talent, He was very hot in his day, and he was a man as he matured, how sexy.
As in life so in death Patrick always gave it his all. RIP Patric RIP.

This year has been just been a terrible year..

I am so terribly saddened to hear that Patrick succumbed to this terrible disease. IMy heart, prayers, thoughts and sympathies are with those who loved him most.

Patrick was one of the good guys. I grew up watching so many of his films. Red Dawn was the first of many where each just made me like him that much more then the film previously. He was a talented, handsome and maculine- he was the one male dancer who I would never have doubted his sexuality in Dirty Dancing.. not so about some of the others who thankfully were not cast. He was rugged and active but loved animals especially horses..I will think of him in my mind seated on horseback riding off in to the sunset.. happy trails and thank you for so many great memories my teenage years would have been so sadly lacking without those many hours spent pasting your picture on my walls, the object of many conversations and a whole lot of day dreaming..

What a sad day for the people who loved and respected Patrick. Such a fine man and actor. He put up such a tough fight and I'm so sad that he didn't beat that cancer. Prayers to his wonderful wife and family. I'm glad that he went peacefully.

My daughter just told me over the phone. I haven't had tv or radio on and didn't know.

A wonderful actor and a wonderful, nice, man.

I met him in person on a cruise in 2004 and he posed 3 times for a photo for me and I couldn't get the flash to work so he came over and helped me figure how to do it and posed again so I could get my picture and it worked! That's how nice he is. So genuine and caring person.

Rest In Peace, Dear Patrick and prayers to his wife and family and many, many friends and fans.
