Okay, you got me. I can define God, but only in my own scientific terms. I don't believe in supernatural events, but God, if that's what you choose to call it, exists. And it is a natural thing and not a supernatural thing.

God has always existed and will always exist.

God pulled together dust, consisting of hydrogen, helium, and trace elements that have floated in deep space forever, to form the Universe as we know it at this point in time.

God created life from the elements he had pulled together on Earth and on the countless other planets in the Universe he created.

God uses the Universe to recycle forever the elements he continually pulls together for several billion years and then violently disperses back into deep space to reform.

God is the one mysterious thing that scientists have not been able to determine: what it is, where it came from, and how it formed.

God is GRAVITY.

Santa was only cleared because they felt he was in bad health. Uh-huh...he handled the Christmas party.

JonBenet said she was expected a (was it secret or special) visit from Santa AFTER Christmas. This could be very important.

Santa got into the house by stating Charles Kuwalt (sp?) wanted to do a story on Santa and got Patsy to throw the party for this reason....Kuwalt cancelled - I hope that fact was CHECKED OUT by the BPD.

There were many "coincidences" with Santa - their daughter kidnapped on Christmas, Mrs. Claus' book, etc.

They are number one on my list if there was an intruder.

The pineapple barely fits into this theory - but JonBenet knew, loved and trusted Santa Claus.

Wasn't the serial killer (Gacy?) a clown?

I often wondered,as well, if the kuralt story was checked out, no one has ever satisfied us with a definitive answer on this. It would seem Santa was at the very least obsessed with Jonbenet and NEEDED to see her,therefore pushed his way into the '96 holiday.
Santa having a cup of tea with Jonbenet while readying for a "northpole fantasy excursion" is not necessarily science fiction when you consider the things this guy said before and after her murder.
WHY was the fruit knife on the counter outside of her room? Why were all of the fibers that were found on her body found on her bed, as well? Whoever committed this crime lingered and planned while the Ramseys were out,IMO. Sitting in her room enjoying the fantasy they prepared not only her fruit treat but the apparatus used for her murder.
The scarf in one of the crime scene photos, wasn't that the scarf they gave to Santa? Was not that scarf made of fibers similar to Patsy's jacket? True, the scarves were given to all of the men, however, do we know that Santa didn't leave his there, perhaps in the kitchen, then needing to take it with him , perhaps grabbed another identical one? A winter scarf seemed out of place in the kitchen, did it not?
Santa's son has a mental illness ,according to Thomas, he has a felony record , does the fruit fall far from the tree? JMO

I went to www.Seraph.net and read the information there. It rings true. I'm back to my original suspicion: Patsy did it. I should always trust my gut reaction. (It has never failed me when I pay attention to it.)

I think in this case I was holding out an inkling of hope that a mother couldn't possibly do this to her beautiful child; but I should know from my own life experience that horrific murders like this happens all the time. Sociopaths all over the world have children and kill them.

It just doesn't get as much publicity as the JonBenet case has.

Can you offer something, did she, the Stines, Miles, and Judith live within doors from each other? At the least, did she have a business relationship with Miles?

Her dad worked less than 5 blocks from the house in a straight line.
She is bosom buddies with a criminalist who works for the Boulder PD. She is obsessed with Buffy the Vampire Killer, the X-files, The Lord of the Rings and the Return of the King. I am really talented at some things. One of them is sticking to a trail of clues.
I am a pit bull when it comes to following the trail left by the MURDERER.
Every tiny boring aspect to this case is put into her stories as well as the vocabulary used in the Ramson Note which I have put into alphabetical order.
Her stories average 97 EXACT matches. She has used words like hence, beheaded, scrutiny, etc. etc. etc. I have been on this trail since August 18th and have over 500 pages.
