He was truly a once in a lifetime experience. I don't think anyone else performing coming close to him will happen again in my lifetime. A person didn't even have to be a fan of opera to appreciate the gift of his voice. My son was only 8 when he first heard a CD I played, and his first reaction was "whoa Momma look, he gives me goosey bumps!" I showed my son my arms and told him, me too! RIP Pavarotti. Prayers to your family.
