Would LE ever hold a press conference to say that they have NOT found a missing person, or to state that they no longer believe there is a connection to their original suspect?

I'm just curious if anyone has ever seen something like that happen?

I just mentioned something similar in Laura's thread, but yeah.

The crap attitude of that guy (who was clearly annoyed with people asking questions) plus his cluelessness about DM's photo shoot on Suicide Girls just gave me an overwhelming sense of hopelessness about this case.

He seemed very unorganized IMO, like someone who was just thrown in to say something to try to redeem the TPS lack of investigating into either LB or WM. His public speaking skills were poor, he seemed to lack information regarding either LB or WM, and quite frankly where is his media person to facilitate? (HPS has someone, why not TPS?)

A total waste of time and a CYA press conference IMO. Sad.

Well, my source was worthless per the current news conf.

Who would have thought they would hold a press conference to say absolutely nothing.

They did say LB worked in the sex trade and was an internet escort which opens a whole new line of speculation as to here whereabouts.
