Maybe it's got something to do with the ratgate too....

My thoughts exactly, Gibby. The recent bust of prescription drugs seems to be the glue that holds all of them together.

With Misty's bond set so high, it is sure to keep her there for quite awhile giving time to finally be grilled. I think HC, HS, and DB are just icing on the cake.

Misty already has an attorney, maybe the attorney will give her the right advice to tell all. At least this time Misty can't just get up and walk out during questioning.

So what do you make of this discrepancy?

From the above:

On January 20, 2010, investigators from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, HIDTA Tri-County Drug Task Force, and the Office of the State Attorney, 7th Judicial Circuit, concluded a month-long undercover operation with the arrest of four (4) Satsuma residents and one (1) individual from Orlando for trafficking in controlled prescription medications.

From http://staugustine.com/news/local-news/2010-01-21/misty-cummings-appears-judge:

Police said Croslin, 18, Ronald Cummings, 26, and three other suspects sold undercover detectives prescription drugs on a number of occasions during a four-month span.

Donjeta, I think this drug investigation has been going on longer than one month. I think the 4 month span is more accurate, jmo.
