Basically yes. She will be sentenced on April 27th, I believe.

No, she is saying she will not present a defense to the charges. It also allows that she will not be pleading guilty to the charges. All those times that "nolo contendre" was on Ron's record, and all those people who told us that meant that the State couldn't prove the charges? Well, I never held that position.

So, what happened to Tommy in court today? Did it even happen? I wonder if LE is holding out to offer him a deal if he will take one of their polys? Maybe I've missed it, but have we seen a video of Tommy selling drugs to the UC? I'm beginning to wonder if they have him on tape.

Tommy got a continuance and has another pre-trial on May 13th (same date as Ron).

In an afternoon hearing, Croslin’s brother, Hank Croslin Jr., was granted a pre-trial continuance to May 13.

Sounds like her plea is why Ron and Misty's pre-trial had to be set. Did she say something? Or is this just a reporter wording the article to make one wonder? So..confused! I know it was said on NG that Ron's attorney wanted the hearing set at a later date due to them working with the DA. Something to that effect. And Donna will be in court Tuesday April 6th.

Hope Sykes made the plea in hearings that also set new court dates for Ronald Cummings, and Misty Croslin, who was with the 5-year-old the night she vanished.
Misty Croslin, is charged with seven counts of trafficking in Putnam County and one count in St. Johns. Her bail on the multiple charges is set at $1.35 million, an amount her lawyer said he has not planned to contest.

Robert Fields said he doubts Croslin’s family could afford bail that involved more than “a few thousand dollars.”

Misty Croslin appeared in court in a blue jail uniform and answered brief questions from the judge before her next pre-trial was set for June 3. Ronald Cummings was in the courtroom when she was brought in and the two glanced briefly at each other.

Croslin’s parents were in the audience, sitting separate from Cummings’ mother, sister and grandmother.
Ronald Cummings, is charged with five counts of trafficking. His next pre-trial is set for May 13.
Hank Croslin Jr., was granted a pre-trial continuance to May 13.

One other person charged in the case goes to court in St. Johns County Tuesday. Donna Brock, 44, a friend of Misty Croslin, was charged with selling drugs to the undercover officer the two met outside St. Augustine.

Yes, mandatory minimum sentencing, if I am not mistaken... but most do not serve the entire sentence, especially for a first offender. I heard one of the lawyers on t.v. say that they didn't believe Misty would be given 100+ years, because of her age but at any rate, it's up to the judge.

I agree and as where Misty looks like she has been chowing down on snacks from the commissary, Ron looks like he has been lifting weights...taking steroids and being fed an enormous amount of food..JMO

Is it usual for 2 defendants to appear in court together? Am I correct that Misty and Ron were both in court at the same time?

ETA: Also why not the other 3? Tommy, Hope and Donna?

Remember those video's with both Ronald and Misty with the undercover LE in his car? Those were one of the many charges racked up while together. I think that is the reason they appeared together, IMO.

Better view I think, he doesn't look bulked up to me, he still looks like skin and bones. His face does look a little bloated in the other picture but in my opinion in this picture he still looks like a lightweight. JMO

I dont know where to post this little tidbit of news,,,but while I was surfing around to see if there are anymore vids to be seen,,,the site BNN is saying LE will have 8 more vids of the jailhouse phone calls for them to pick up tomarrow....I looked around here for a while and didnt see anyone talking about the long awaited vids we all want to hear and see...at least new ones we havent seen yet...I hope it is ok to post here..I dont know how to post a title in the main page...
