So, do we know if JA is going to speak?

That's gotta be a new sidebar record.

Please tell me she is not trying to make herself tear up for her mitigation.. She is a piece of work.

I guess if one of your tracings is hung next to a Picasso or a Monet, that would be a mitigating factor!

John Wayne Gacey was an artist, he painted clowns among other things

Judge reports (verbatim) to the jury the following mitigating circumstances proposed

1. Defendant was 27 years old at the time of the offense
2. Defendant has no prior criminal history
3. Defendant was a good friend
4. Defendant lacked support from her family
5. Defendant suffered abuse and neglect as a child and as an adult
6. Defendant tried to make the best of her life
7. Defendant consistently tried to improve herself
8. Defendant is a talented artist

They are not limited to these mitigating factors...

She does not usually draw at all when the defense talks.. Only the prosecution.

Is there a time limit for each side to speak?

TY

Also I saw on Twitter today that we were right her counsel did want to ditch her. Thankfully the Judge denied the motion to withdraw. So right now Jodi knows she has attorneys who DON'T want to represent her. Love it.

Can someone please give me a link that won't quit? Am at WAT but it keeps going down.

Is he trying to guilt the jury into not giving the death penalty?

  • #696
If I remember correctly as all you do, the last person who attempted to be a friend and to help improve herself, SHE KILLED!!!! uhum so much for true and genuine friendship.

*shakes head*

1. Ok I give them that one, she was 27
2. Her family gave her too much support IMO and continue too
3. I have not heard from one person stating she was a good friend, zero
4. She would have legally history but she killed Travis and got caught
5. She suffered no such thing, she has no clue what abuse or neglect is
6. She did nothing at all with her life including holding a job
7. She did nothing to improve her life
8. Not impressed by her art

the mitigation specialist has that big cross on again today.......what the heck

I just read an article on my Comcast homepage about Jodi's defense team asking the Judge to let them off the case. I wasn't sure whether or not Nurmi and/or JW knew about the interview or whether Jodi did it on her own. I'm convinced now that they did not have anything to do with it and were :furious: with their client as they should be.

I'm sorry but "good friend" ?! I guess that's what good friends do to each other huh?
