Is a talented artist? How is that a mitigating factor? wth?

  • #622
Woah! I'm working while these are read. Did she just say she's a "talented artist" and THAT is a mitigating circumstance?

That was the final one of about 8. But yes, you heard it right. :floorlaugh:

She was 27, yes. Travis was 30 when she took his life!

  • #625
Now we know why her mother is not testifying....one of the mitigation points brought out is that she has no support from her family......BS...talent artist? talented tracer perhaps!! I think I need to sit on my hands for a while

  • #626
I wonder if JW is going to continue furiously writing away on her notepad when TA's family members speak? That would be so disrespectful IMO.

  • #627
I was just going to post the same thing! She looks like she's "beaten". Nothing can fake that hollowed look. I think it's starting to sink in.

"Beaten" is the exact word that Mike galanos on HLN used to describe CKJA today.

Those mitigating factors are bs and ridiculous. Expecially the one about being a good friend and an artist.

If she was a good friend, some good friend should be up there saying she was a good friend. Who is gonna say this? LOL... Dononvan? Puhhhhlease.

Don't give me the death penalty... I can draw! Thats a sad existence.

  • #629
A good friend? She was TA "friend" and then she killed him. hmmmmm

If I didn't know any better, I would say Jodi was a woman in her 40's. She looks bad for her age.

  • #631
Travis never got to argue for his life. This creature doesn't deserve the chance.

  • #632
Mind you, I think jurors should always dress up for court, but I do love they are making a statement today by doing so

  • #633
I thought she said she had NO mitigating factors? Just another lie I guess

Sent from my 'alternate reality' using my hippocampus

Writing is nothing, its reading it in front of the courts and then in the future before the parole boards, time after time again.

I know, just did another parole hearing for my brothers killer yesterday. Got him (the killer) a stay for 5 more years then we'll have to re-live it again.

It's never over, right? I am sorry for your loss.:seeya:

Such a good friend that she stabbed Travis 28 times, slit his throat and shot him!
Such a good friend that she accuses half her ex boyfriends of abuse!
Such a good friend that she called her younger sister 'dumb and stupid'
Such a good friend that not one from her life prior to June 2008 is present in court!

She's a good friend of the devil and Donovan...that's it...just the devil and Donovan.

Body Language is so important. Wilmott is just screaming out that she despises the convicted felon Jodi Arias.

Wilmott appears to be taking a page right out of Jodi's book, where she is just writing endlessly on paper to avoid her surroundings.

  • #637
It was her first crime, it was her second crime, it was her third crime, and 26 more little crimes. Then, she came to court and lied under oath.

  • #638
I guess the rest of her family is not there to show that Jodi "really" didn't have support from her family. Eyeroll.

  • #639
Jodi doing a lot of hard swallowing. She really does not want to be sentenced to death.

No not at all. She absolutely wants to live. That entire after verdict interview what complete BS.

I have to leave for the doctor now and I am laughing out loud about the "talented artist" mitigating factor.
