K. Trying to get this straight. Donovan is now in trouble for communicating with a felon, this friend witness may be in trouble too for selling pics and not reporting the income to welfare and what happened to DB? JMO...I think PW decided she wasn't going to testify and put herself in the direct firing line. So the d/t decided to contact darryl and told him not to come either. Then they could pull the stunt he pulled in court this morning. IMO is was all PLANNED. I also think I finally saw JSS PIZZED and ANGRY. So I wonder what stunt the d/t will pull tomorrow.

It was all bullchit - the judge offered to have the witnesses testimony done in a sealed proceeding...but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

I thought she looked pleased until Juan argued against all the ridiculous BS she had given Nurmi to argue, then she looked severely pizzed. She constantly underestimates Juan because she isn't smart enough to operate at his level.

I know I've said this before, but the killer gets these ideas, thinks she's figured it all out, how to beat the system. So she jumps the gun, makes her defense team argue whatever ridiculous notion she's come up with, and it takes mere seconds for Juan to knock it down. The killer is squashed again leaving everyone on her side of the room looking like fools.

And her attorneys have no choice in the matter. Unless its illegal, they have to argue what she says. She's done it time and time again. And it's the same outcome every time. But she NEVER learns. She's so convinced she knows better than everyone around her, that she won't listen.

Isn't that the definition of insane? Doing the same thing repeatedly, expecting different outcomes.

I believe that allocution is considered a speech, not legal testimony so no cross. I would think that JM could address whatever CMJA says in her speech & discredit her that way.

ITA!.. IMO the END is very, very NEAR.. JUSTICE for Travis is finally within sight and in my very strong opinion that justice will be via the UNANIMOUS 12 JUROR VOTE of the Penalty of DEATH for the CONVICTED GUILTY OF 1ST DEGREE PREMEDITATED MURDER defendant, Miss Jodi Ann Arias!

I also am of opinion that this jury's final deliberations will be swift in their completing the last of their duties as sworn and duly empaneled jurors of this Capital Murder Case. IMO from what we have seen thus far of this jury they are of extreme focus and dedication to what IMO is obviously the most important of duties that there is as a citizen of their state of Arizona.

Jmo but, True and Appropriate JUSTICE FOR TRAVIS is very near!

No Nurmi! Allocution:

The direct address between the judge and the convicted defendant prior to sentencing. During the address, the judge speaks directly to the defendant and asks if the defendant has anything to add prior to hearing the sentence. The defendant then answers the judge and may say anything in an effort to lessen the severity of the sentence, such as an apology, an offering of remorse, or an explanation of the motivations that drove the defendant's criminal actions.

Although I doubt our Jodi will be able to do this in a normal way--she may just ask for death.
