I see #JodiArias' brother here today and her sister as well beside him I think. Defense team is huddled up going over strategy.

This tells me that the last day in court was a rouse. The DT never expected it to go forward. If they did, why wouldn't they have the family there that day?

I have a question already. Does Jodi's prison have air conditioning or evaporative cooling (swamp cooling) or anything like that?

I know this was asked. I never found the answer.

I don't know how they can stand those 100 degree days.

Looks like they do have some cooling devices. And Jodi can have some pets…as long as they are ROACHES!:floorlaugh:

I asked on the other thread but didn't get an answer. I don't believe this is rumor.

This weekend I posted a message from Justice for Travis that said something along the lines of Donovan's relationship with Jodi was being "investigated" and she was no longer allowed to have contact with her. Did anyone hear anything more about that?

I think there was a report in the media, but I don't think anything is definite yet.

these TH's make me crazy. they want KN to plead she's crazy? this, after they argued for DAYS against her having a personality disorder??? but now she does?

I thought she should have pled permanent insanity and asked for lifetime confinement to a hospital for the criminally insane, where she could live out her life in a 'society' with others just like her. Maybe AZ doesn't have anything like that but it would have made more sense than the defense waged in that courtroom.
