Watching on HLN - why does Wilmott keep saying to the jury that they shouldn't put JA to death because of her lies? My Gosh - The case is not about Jodi's lies - it's about Travis' murder! Wilmott is driving me crazy with this talk!

I give them a couple of hours. They waited 1 hour 33 minutes to convict. This is an even heavier burden, but I think they are very clear in the fact that this was brutal, heinous and unnecessary.

I haven't seen anything that would lead me to believe it. I think some just don't think they would be able to honor their admonitions, and project that onto everyone else. Time will tell. jmo:seeya:

I feel quite confident that they do honor it. For one thing, they know if they don't it could cause a mistrial, and no one wants that.

If I was on the jury, though, I would have my SO be keeping a journal of everything that happened out of the jury's presence which I would read as soon as we were done.................

The T got me too, in all honesty - along with Wilmott's trajectory nonsense. There are plenty of folks around here who grew up in abuse and many more who married into it - our trajectories changed our lives too...but we didn't go on to viciously slaughter anyone. As such, I find it an infuriating argument.

Question- Does any feel that any juror(s) have not heeded the admonition. People (not here) are saying the jury has lied every time Judge SS asks about seeing or hearing anything in the media. Being a juror is a serious task. I don't think they would want to do anything to jeopardize this case. Thoughts?

I totally agree with you...I think these jurors have (and continue) to take this job seriously and have made sure that they have not seen nor heard anything in the media.

If I heard right, she claims she has already donated 3 times to Locks of Love. Now keep in mind that they do NOT accept bleached hair, including hair that is colored over bleached hair (and I am pretty darn sure there is no "colored over bleached hair so you could go slaughter your ex" exception.) So, for as long as she has been incarcerated, I'm very skeptical that she has been able to grow the processed hair completely out, donate the 10inch hair minimum 3x's over, and still keep long hair over the whole time of incarceration, even up to today. Seriously…

...but hey, maybe there is a Disney issue with her. Snow White... now Rapunzel...

OMG! Wilmott actually had the nerve to say Juan's WHOLE case was based on lies and manipulations?!!

Really, how quickly she forgets the awful, horrific images of Travis. How he was stabbed 29 times, his neck was slit to near decapitation, and then he was shot. Then the trial began and the fourth slaughter of Travis began, and it's gone on for months now. And it continues to TODAY!!

But you're right, Wilmott, lies and manipulation are ALL Juan has. Sure...the jury hears you L&C I'm sure.

Now she's grasping at DeMarte's BPD dx after they fought SO hard against it and she all but called DeMarte a fraud. Sure...the jury hears you L&C I'm sure.

Answer: Until the judge says a juror didn't heed her admonition, I will trust this professional, punctual, serious jury. Should we really start questioning the jury? I say no.

I don't understand how Arias was allowed to lie about Patti KNOWING that Juan couldn't speak about that lie. That seems very unfair to me.
Out of everyone's hands now except the jurors. We must remind ourselves of the decisions the jury has made so far, and hold on to our trust in them. They will do the right thing.
