I don't think it will be today. I think this jury is smart and takes their job seriously. This is a big decision.. I think they will not come back til at least tomorrow.

they are not allowed to come back tomorrow,i have plans with a hottie biscotti :floorlaugh: so today or thursday :please:

So astonishingly glib about such a viciously violent murder. And Willmott, she's just as bad. She said this killer had done "a very bad thing". :what: Like she had stolen a lollipop from the candy store.

For those who ask how long the jury will deliberate today: In the past they've gone until 4:30, but who knows if they're close to agreement?

wow what a neglected child, darn those parents taking her to Hawaii and Seaworld! Will I get thru this?

Ive been about to bust at my seams not able to talk about this trial all day.

I had to double check and make sure I was watching the trial or the question/answer part of a beauty pageant.

First selection: A Wife's Revenge by Eric Francis (the story of Susan Wright). Only got 3 stars on Amazon, but hey, a book's a book.

I love how she thinks she's the first person to go to prison and figure out books are a good way to pass the time.

Sorry if this has been covered but when JA told the jury that her friend couldn't testify because her and her little girls life was threatened ... was this the last sentence the Judge refused to read?

There were two pictures of her "art" - pictures of hands... I couldn't hear if she said "I'm good doing hands" or "I'm good with my hands"

Either way I found it offensive. I couldn't get the images of Travis' battered, swollen, decomposing hands out of my mind and all of JA's "handiwork" she so brutally inflicted on Travis.

It was really haunting to me.

Listening to Jodi's statement, all I could think of was the "banality of evil".
Just..... unoriginal, boring, unremarkable. And cold. I don't know why, but somehow I expected something more....even though I should know better. Being human is foreign to her.
Hoping for a swift (final) verdict!

It was terribly thin. It is unlikely that JA has ever had any training in how to put together a presentation, but even in light of that, it was cold. She rushed through it, showed zero remorse, and only sniffled a few times at what appeared to be moments where she thought that was appropriate.

I don't care about what Jodi's family will go through if she gets DP.

-First of all, it will takes years to carry out - they will have years to prepare for the inevitable.
-They will get to say their good-byes to her.
-She will still get several years to carry out those wishes of her and fulfill her fake dreams of helping others. She will get to live 10-15 possibly 20 more years on death row and do everything she claims she wants to do.

Travis was not afforded any of those things, he was ripped from his family suddenly and unexpectedly. I do not and will not feel sorry for the Arias family at all.

If I heard right, she claims she has already donated 3 times to Locks of Love. Now keep in mind that they do NOT accept bleached hair, including hair that is colored over bleached hair (and I am pretty darn sure there is no "colored over bleached hair so you could go slaughter your ex" exception.) So, for as long as she has been incarcerated, I'm very skeptical that she has been able to grow the processed hair completely out, donate the 10inch hair minimum 3x's over, and still keep long hair over the whole time of incarceration, even up to today. Seriously…

...but hey, maybe there is a Disney issue with her. Snow White... now Rapunzel... :)

Lol. Facts are beautiful things. She didn't show any proof that she had donated either, which they do provide if you want it. I wouldn't put it past her to con some other inmate in the future into cutting their hair and donating it under CMJAs name. Maybe give her some of her sausage chubs or something. And teaching Spanish in an Arizona prison? Isn't that carrying coal to Newcastle? Seriously. Not having any time in 5 entire years to help anyone else, but got her GED, twitters, visitations, interviews... Her whole presentation was such a load of crap, to use her words.

I thought JA's family looked kind of disinterested. And didn't you love how JA used her family as the excuse to keep her alive and breathing?

Yet she never once uttered the phrase "I love....______" (plug in a word, "my family," "my mother," "my father" "sister," "brother".....no one!!) Or did she and I missed it?

It was, yet again, all about "me...me...me."

Definitely calling PURE BS on that one!

Again can be done. However the first time with her I question due to chemicals in her hair. But can be done. Ive done it 3-4 times. Same period

Many of us are in the hall outside the courtroom, reading the tea leaves. Jury is behind closed doors. #JodiArias
