I really think that the jury is going to vote for death. It's just a feeling since they were unanimous with the premeditated factor.

Jodi cares NOTHING for other human life. She showed Travis no mercy when she planned to murder him in such a bloody manner just because he saw her true character and soul.

If you ever want to know what Jodi's heart and soul look like, just look at one of the autopsy photos of Travis. THAT IS WHAT JODI IS. She shouldn't be allowed the privilege of living among humans.

I concur! Couldn't have said it any better than this Liebchenmutti! To me, since it was premeditated, there is no other verdict but DP. If they were to give her LWOP, she would consider it a win. JMO

Also great was her, "I designed a T-shirt." Yeah, Jodi, yeah yeah, picking fonts is hard. Good thing you're an artist.

And she designed those underwear too!!!

No tomatoes thrown here... as much as I'm all for recycling, financially it can get pricey, at times.

And if done improperly causes more harm to the planet than good. But, some "jails" don't do it for other reasons, ie...evidence, contraband, etc...

I do think the Mitigation Specialist came up with a couple of the speech ideas, btw.

Jodi didn't seem a bit concerned at all today about the jury? She seemed in good spirits the whole day? Even her and Willmott are back to BFF's.

She asks for life but acts like she wants death? She flew right threw her speech so quick it was like she wanted it over with. Seems she didn't even try to convince juror's at all? What is this strategy?

My jaw hit the floor... it was one of those "OMG I can't believe what she is doing" moments.

I was the same way! Hell we need shirts that say "I survived watching the Arias/Willmott/Nurmi Circus"

SO SO SO SO happy Juan mentioned parole in 25 yrs! Jurors didn't know that. Hope they consider that and go for death! #jodiarias

Maybe even less than 25 if they give credit for good behavior and/or early release in Arizona prisons.

I have HLN on in the background and they are all saying the jury will come back with DP. If not today, tomorrow.

Is TUBA around, I would love to hear her analysis while jury in deliberations!!!!!

Do we know what time they went to deliberate in case she pops in?

  • #1,689
Um. Were you guys here all along? Was I the only one who couldn't get in?

Ironically, she didn't have time to "help" other inmates because she was too busy with her trial. However, she had plenty of time to sell her drawings and tweet!

So am I to guess the DT won it's motion to keep the pros. from citing CMJA's lack of remorse?

Source: Judge's ban on #JodiArias interviews lifted. She is picking and choosing who she talks to. #FOX10

1- Why is the ban lifted (allegedly) while there are still court proceedings taking place?

2- I call BS on Troy Hayden having a "source" unless source = "Troy Hayden"

and cram pens into her shampoo bottles.

The only thing the convict admitted to was "making mistakes". Huh?
You savagely murdered him, you stole a life. Some admission, some remorse.

I think she killed that dog.

Yet during her allocation she said she can't even image being so violent to the point of killing someone - and adds "I couldn't even kill spiders - I'd gather them up in cups and put them outside."

I guess she puts more value on the life of spiders than she does to dogs and humans.

Was there any other confirmation that 'Doggie Boy' ever existed? When I first saw her tell that tale to Det. Flores I thought it sounded so made up, like she only wanted to convince him that she'd tell him if she did anything wrong, so she confessed to kicking the dog as proof.

I wish Juan could have told the jury about her doing interviews. :stormingmad:
I won't be watching any of them. NOT even on youtube.
