Tuba, when you make a post would you explain it in layman's terms? i.e., for a dumb person like me. I THINK you are saying there will be a death penalty. Not sure.

I just want clarification for myself... if they vote Life, that does NOT mean LWOP. It means no DP. It means JSS will sentence her. They do not have the ability to say LWOP so the final sentence term is up to the Judge.

Is life in prison that bad? She'll never get out. The family wont have to see her anymore. She's been found guilty of premeditated first degree murder, with the provision of cruelty.

By all rights, the family and victim WON.

The jury doesn't get to make that decision - it's life or death. The judge is the one who determines LWP or LWOP.

if the jury comes back with life ..nobody can say they are watching the media or reading about this case ..because if they were doing that no way they don't give death penalty.she held up a tee shirt that said survivor for god sake.and said the jury betrayed her

Argh!! Oh, and if she had documented the abuse, then this would all be different and the jury would have understood. You know, because it would have made total sense to skulk back into AZ and slaughter Travis.

For being the resident grammar Nazi and logging a perfect score on the verbal comprehension portion of her IQ test, she leaves much to be desired.

I put the banana quesadilla recipe on the recipe thread on this forum. And another one I think...I just like to cook and have been home awhile since having eye surgery for detached retina.
