Why would there be a new jury? Doesn't the judge sentence her to life or life without parole if the jury is hung?

A brand New DP phase would begin with a brand new jury; the worst possible outcome for the TA family. Shame on Jurors, for Shame. If there is a death penalty holdout they should be replaced with an ALT and then a verdict can be rendered. Let's hope this jury knows they can kick ppl off if need be.
They can ALSO put another juror as foreperson.

I'm a little confused though because they barely deliberated and they are already stating they can't reach a decision, they hardly had any time to figure out that they can't come to a decision UNLESS only ONE holdout who refuses to change mind?

I'm sickened that this pathological lying manipulator who just whored herself out for more interviews may be able to live the rest of her life basking in her own ego.

Instead of hanging the DP jurors need to go down to life since that's what she would get anyway. Ugh. Poor Alexander's.

I'm gearing up for them to come back with life. This jury isn't seeing the big picture. Not at all. If only they knew what a spiteful, hateful, remorseless, narcissistic waste of a life the convicted murderess is... My opinion too....tears. I just cannot believe after alll that she's done...it comes to this. If there is a new jury for sentencing, I want Juan to go at her full force in this phase....show the interviews...show those DA** interviews she just did. How could they be hung they've agreed on everything else .. were they seriously swayed by the stupid powerpoint presentation?

The only things I can think of would be:

2. The dishonest explanation that Willmott just gave them re life versus death verdicts
