In the interest of transparency, Judge Stephens said that there was a question and an agreed-upon response. We don't get to know what it was

It appears the jury had a question. We are still working to find out what that question is.

I bet he has a great staff to support him. There's just no way he does what he does without a team of dynamos just like him.

I would volunteer for his team any day!

All of the jurors had to take the death penalty into consideration when they were selected to serve. If they felt they weren't able to give somebody life because it would be difficult for their conscience then they should have said so during selection.

And I'd like to add that Arizona IS a DP state. So, if Premeditated 1st degree Murder WITH cruelty is not a legitimate reason to put someone to death...why have DP as an option?

I am not an Atty...nor a legal expert but this is 40 scoops of cRaZy! There should be 2 options...death or lwop. The jury shouldn't have the added burden of "worrying" if the judge will give life with parole...

  • #479
Well at least it was a question. This means they are trying to reach a verdict. Not given up yet...

All this clamoring on HLN and when there's finally something noteworthy they have NOTHING.

Well done folks, well done.

I kind of have to laugh at the HLN circus, and their BREAKING NEWS: STILL NOTHING HAPPENING routine.
