Now THAT'S an interview!! Well worth watching this one.

Absolutely agree - FABULOUS interview! However, I can't even make it through the one by ABC15 (woman interviewing her) -- Warning: your TV/monitor may be in serious jeopardy watching THAT! (Not that it was easy watching her in all the others...but as many have said, it's like a train wreck - we can't turn away!

Could have been mine. I had mine surgically removed -- too hard to find pants that fit.

Now that is the laugh I needed! :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

This is my favorite interview because in it we see the real Jodi...some true emotion from her and that emotion is smug irritation at impertinent questions from a "hater" reporter. I really wish he would have asked her if she could never even hurt a spider why she was found with hidden knives and a gun in her car when she was arrested? And why she thinks the jury didn't buy her pedo allegations. Why she acts so proper and polite around others but uses such deplorable language in private communications(ie. sex tape, texts, covert magazine messages. Why the two personas? Why has no reporter corrected her when she explains that people don't like her because they like to watch someone fall or because society has a need to collectively persecute people, but they don't like her because most people are outraged and offended when someone brutally murders someone else and then not only repeatedly lies about it, but falsely accuses the brutally murdered person of heinous deviant pedophillic and violent behavior with no evidence or witnesses to back it up? Most people consider that pretty evil behavior. Since she will never stop giving interviews, hopefully some reporter will see this and stick it to her.

My thanks button keeps appearing and disappearing.

What happened yesterday, anyway? Why the long time off? I didn't see the powerpoint. :floorlaugh:

Thanks, Tuba. Have you posted chart analysis for today anywhere?

As horrible as this crime is I know I personally could not vote for the death penalty. I believe she is extremely mentally ill. With all the crazy people behind bars for life why should it be any different for her. If you believe in killing mentally ill people who commit violent crimes then kill them all not just a few. IMO

She was interviewed by numerous experts. They didn't find she was "extremely mentally ill". She devious and she's a control freak. You can be sane and have those traits. If she'd have been seriously mentally ill, one of the experts would have found it. And she didn't use that as a plea.....

Ditto on that. It's been my experience, it happens once, it will happen again at some point.

You only have to look at Drew Peterson to find that. I worry about that poster I hope they were being sarcastic.

I'm in Maryland too! I've seen it before lol.

It's one of my favorite things. Of course, this year, Hopeful would be up against a woman whose mother-in-law "re-gifted" her a block of cheese for Christmas, so I'm not saying Hope would win. But she'd likely come in second.

Whereabouts in Maryland are you?

Jodi sure expects a lot from other people and not from her own self. Not to be on a religious kick or anything but didn't God himself turn his head from his son while he was on the cross because he could not stand the sins of the world? I mean it was temporary but is she asking others to be better than even God? Everyone except herself?

Spot on, SweetT.

I think that's one of the reasons that JM opened his cross-exam of her referring to her own sister as "dumb and stupid."

She doesn't have a double standard.

She has a SINGLE standard; i.e.,

One standard for everyone else, but no standards apply to her.

For or against the death penalty; I have never had to check the box so I don't presume to say I definitely would or would not. In this case I believe I would.

What I wish JM could have added yesterday... I wanted him to stand up there, and say "The DT wants to emphasize that JA life is in your hands, but it is clear that JA is not the victim, your decision as a jury is about sending a message that you don't get to brutally take an innocent life, say you will start a recycling program and it will all be OK. No, this case is an extremely cruel and brutal murder that deserves to be punished to the fullest extent, and that is death.

The DT wants you to hear that as harsh and awful, but you have heard how haunted Samantha and Stephen have been, and how their families have been traumatized. Their memories of their brother will now include him with a slit throat, stab wounds and stuffed in a shower, where he was left alone for days. Travis was taken from their lives. A verdict of Death is about completing legal justice for Travis, and his family. When Jodi Arias made the choice to brutally murder Travis Alexander she affected innocent lives. His family and friends are now given a lifetime sentence of pain that they should not have to endure.

This choice you make is a 'result' of the actions Jodi Ann Arias made on June 4, 2008, NOT YOURS, you are simply doing what you have been asked to do, and what you have said you could do, and in this case, it warrants the fullest extent of the 'LAW' of Arizona for a pre-mediated brutal murder. We can all agree Travis Alexander is definitely not a Survivor.

I'm normally against the dp but I'm praying for it this time. She shows no remorse. She will try to be some superstar behind bars. It's just not right.

OT: I know this is selfish but... I think I'm slipping back into my severe depression. Any prayers would be greatly appreciated. :o

BBM

(((Hopeful One))) Sending big hugs and prayers...If you have a doctor, get to see them.

Very important to take care of yourself this way...plus try not to isolate...

She is completely incapable of experiencing and expressing any semblance of normal human emotions.

Aside from her defense lawyers, I find it utterly revolting that people want to make illogical excuses ( crime of passion, Travis"'precipitated it") for her heinous actions. The woman is a calculating, cold-blooded killer period. There is no excuse for the crime that she committed and now she will answer for her actions. I have every confidence that this jury will uphold their oath of duty and mete out the appropriate punishment. An eye for an eye.

As far as crossing one's eyes, I highly doubt if such a thing will engender censure. I do believe, however, that subversive, thinly veiled attempts at trashing the victim, at any point in time, will be dealt with as appropriate.

A jury also found Casey Anthony not guilty. So much for that!!

Newsflash: That was an entirely different jury. We are discussing the murder of Travis Victor Alexander, June 4, 2008 and the present empanelled jury. This analogy is like comparing apples and oranges.

reporter: Why didn't you apologize to the family?

Reporter: you said it right there..no one believes a word out of your mouth, so why do you keep talking?:floorlaugh:

http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/video/jodi-arias-interview-2013-arias-calls-reporter-hater-19231549

I thought that the reporters would basically cater to her (cough Troy Hayden, Michael Keifer) Watching this one and his questions/comments made me glad that someone finally got to ask her those kind of questions. Really though, she needs to just stfu. She's so self absorbed, thinks she better then others, still thinks she did nothing wrong, liar......:banghead:

Darryl Brewer says that Jodi Arias is unrecognizable to him now.

Guess those BOGO 'enhancements' didn't 'hold up' as well as they had hoped.

Ugh...what did you do with it? My son's ex father in law gave him a "turkey pelt". Something I had never heard or seen anyone do before.

I don't even remember. He also one gave me a pack of batteries, another time a weed smoking pipe. I don't smoke weed.

???

Three signs from my dog's point of view that we're taking a car ride....
1. Mom brushes her teeth and she smells minty fresh.
2. Mom puts in her partial to cover her pumpkin smile.
3. Mom changes into clean sweat pants.

Dog is now waiting by the door to go bye bye. How did this dog get so flippin smart? LOL. Back in a while. No verdict till I get home......

Have no idea but I suspected a conspiracy by the Jodi love site. As to the powerpoint....fortunately we all live in the world of endless replays.
