Wonder what the hotel staff thought seeing Sandusky bringing a kid into a room. You would think in a small town like that people would know who Sandusky was?
Didn't Paterno own a hotel there?
Alleged victim says cries for help from Sandusky basement went unheeded
By M. Alex Johnson, msnbc.com
One of the new alleged victims in the sexual harassment case against former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky told a grand jury that Sandusky's wife ignored his screams for help while Sandusky raped him in the basement of their home

This is where, IMO, Paterno is morally culpable. He was aware of the 'Sandusky Problem' and Sandusky brought kids to the Tofftree hotel where the Penn State team stayed before home games....among other sightings of Sandusky with young boys long after the shower rape was reported to Paterno.
Here is the Criminal Complaint:

sexual harassment????? are you kidding me!
*not at you SuziQ
I agree about Paterno being culpable, victim 9 was after Paterno was notified of the rape in the showers and nothing was done about it. Just the fact that Paterno called Curley and Shultz and told them to come to his home so he could "report" the incident shows who was in charge and who had the power.IMO

To throw them, he likely put one hand around their chest and one between their legs/under their bum. I'd bet they didn't like being thrown and little girls weren't thrown as often as boys.
~Respectfully Shortened~
Sandusky has repeatedly stated that boys also "wanted” him. Boys wanted him to hug them, throw them (likely by putting one hand between their legs and another around their chest), wrestle with him, give them back rubs in bed, and etc... Sandusky stated, “In my mind, there wasn't inappropriate behavior." He characterized his experiences with children as close and "precious times.”
Gah, it's like this one kid was kept in the basement as a sex slave or something. The entire case is is demented and wierd, but being kept in the basement and not being allowed upstairs just makes it worse. What was the sudden change? Ok, I'll come out and say it. Did DS, knowing what was going on, put her foot down and say don't bring your boys upstairs anymore or something?
IMO, the time has come to ask what DS knew and when she knew it.

The silence from DS is telling.![]()

Right! And you know all the football players and staff, including Paterno, knew he had a child with him staying in his room. This happened with several of the children according to the first AG report.
And he took a couple of them to bowl games out of the state also. This is what the FBI is investigating.
