Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

Isn't IBS mostly prevalent among females? Also, most who are diagnosed with HPD are female. Just sayin'... :moo:

I wonder if Sandusky's childhood will be brought up.

I like the way they played it. Honestly, she has to be a non entity here. No one is going to believe what she has to say IMO. They might as well have Jerry testify-she is his mouthpiece.

I do too. All the prosecution would get out of her is "I don't know" or "I don't remember" and "I never saw anything" and "I never heard anything". Wouldn't do them any good and just might hurt them.

This woman is as disgusting as her husband. If she gets sicker and dies, good riddance. Just like Paterno, Spanier, etc- bunch of enablers.
I would've asked her, so if the basement isn't sound-proofed and your hearing is good, where were you when the victim screamed for help??? And why didn't you respond?????

But if the basement isn't sound-proofed, and her hearing is good, she has no excuse for not hearing the victim scream...

So the prosecution just let her slide through? I guess that was a strategic decision on their part. Makes some sense, they would not want to create any sympathy by looking like they were badgering her. I wish I could have seen how the jury was responding to her 'version' of events.

Like the part about giving the kids a choice between the basement and the 2nd story. I am not sure I believe that. ?

First floor, second floor, or basement?

Just how many spare beds does the house have?

  • #570
For the many reasons given above, she stood by her man. I got that, you all did, and hopefully, the jury realizes this as well.

Is she saying which victims? Or just generalities?

But if the basement isn't sound-proofed, and her hearing is good, she has no excuse for not hearing the victim scream...

But the jury might be forced to decide who to believe. And what if they believed poor old Dottie's version? The prosecutor has to be careful or things can backfire. imo

Methinks that Dottie learned her lesson long ago: See no evil. Hear no evil. :moo:

Meaning he didn't really scream?

Omg, this hasn't been easy on Dottie-- I'd say she's lost about 25 lbs since the first of the year. She may even be sick, as we saw with JoePa-- stress like this is a wildfire of devastation for the immune system. jmo

Ok who knows how to do a side by side of Dottie?

I agree with Quiche about stress devasting the immune system. She doesn't look well.

IMO this implies that the victims had a choice, so if they were abused it is their own damn fault because they should have picked upstairs.

That is how I view her statement.

Calling one of the accusers "conniving", wow. Insulting this young man while on the stand would not play well to me, if I were on the jury.

Also, choice of where to sleep? I'm sure she gave those boys a choice, but I doubt that her dear hubby did. You don't get choices when you're being abused like that.

Agreeing with those who aren't sympathetic to her, physical appearance or no. There comes a time, when all of the accusations, the flat-out weird behavior of JS, keeps hitting you over the head, that you have to at least suspect that something is not right with your husband. She had no suspicion at all? Not buying it.

Guessing at this point that the Prosecution feels that the testimony and the strength of their witnesses make for a compelling case for guilty.

But wow! Have watched trials where people had not gotten to giving their address in 50 minutes or less.
