So for Victim 4 there is still one count of involuntary deviate intercourse- I was afraid they were all dropped for him.

I totaly agree. Can Sandusky take a plea at this point? They just said on IS that he, his wife, attorney, and ct reporter are in the judge's chambers. Just wondering what could be up.
