He'd be sentence on one he's found guilty of, but not the other. The sentences will probably be concurrent, largely.

Agreed. Verdict watch sucks. But it sucks far more for the team trying the case.

I also agree they know a verdict is coming soon. Although it wouldn't surprise me if we didn't get a verdict today.

Well, DH just got home from the dentist and is writing his boss a 60 day notice. Don't worry, it's his retirement job. I'm off to dinner and I hope to come home to a verdict.

I agree with JSR and wouldn't be surprised if they slept on it until tomorrow.

Agreed on all counts. 48 counts is insane. Can you imagine how big that verdict form is????

A bit selfish on my part, but I hope for a verdict before the day ends. DH and I leave tomorrow morning for a long weekend on Mackinac Island and will not have internet access. We'd learn about the verdict on TV, but I'd miss not being here to discuss the verdict with my fellow 'Sleuthers.
