Amendola speaking - last Thursday evening they found out about Matt Sandusky who might be a witness. Amendola objected because Jerry wanted to testify, but the next day the Pros said that they might call Matt as a rebuttal witness if Jerry testified.

As a legal strategy, it would be a "set up" for Jerry to testify because of Matt's involvement.

I can't say I'm happy. How can anyone be happy about anything related to this monster?

We'll never know how many victims there are and Victim 2 will haunt me forever.

Sandusky IS NOT Pennsylvania.

Attorney on Fox saying that Sandusky getting handcuffed in front is a courtesy and that he should have been handcuffed in back. So, I've got to ask, why is LE showing a courtesy to this child sex predator?

I think that they sometimes will handcuff in the front if the person in custody has health issues such as breathing issues or possible heart trouble. I don't know if that is the case here, could just as easily be that his attorney made the "joke" about the heart attack to get the cops to be extra careful with him so they wouldn't get blamed if Jerry suddenly "got sick".

Saying the Jury acted in good faith and they had a good jury.

Question from press: Why would Matt come forward now?

Amendola: Matt was sitting with family last week, and even mocking a witness he didn't believe. They thought Matt would be a witness pro-Jerry. Siblings were distraught by it.

Jerry said Matt had problems all his life and as a juvenile, and there were explanations for it. :maddening:

Jerry was disappointed by verdict but has to live with it.

Matt was staying at their house temporarily recently because of problems in his homelife.
