People Magazine - Caylee Anthony's Family Secrets

  • #221
Maybe not but people should be allowed to tell the truth. This "family" has lied about so much and so often if there are people who know the truth they should be allowed to set things straight.
oh i agree definately .. im basically just saying tell the truth dont accept money for it is all . i know people needs to make their money cuz its a magazine .. im just so tired of seeing so many involved directly or not makeing money off of this baby . no child should ever be someones meal ticket .. ever .

I agree. The media lies, the Anthony's lie. I stick with the docs and then decide for myself. After reading the "doc dumps" there is much about this case that I see differently than the media describes.
lol we crossed posted

The source for the article isn't likely to be Rick. If the source had been R, they wouldn't have mentioned him by name later in the article. It does sound like someone close to R though maybe someone who had access to his computer.

  • #227
Has anyone else thought that maybe this is from someone close to the family, but not a relative....they mention BC statement and they mention RP emails, but if its taken into context, it almost sounds like someone less mature......or the writing style of the article. I will take a guess at it and probably be wrong...so i will take a peek at it in the check out line if anything. I'm curious. Cant help it

Whoever it is, bravo for not continuing the dysfunction of the Anthonys.

Money shouldnt really be the issue in this case. The murder of Caylee is the real issue. IMO no one should make money from her death, but its the way the media is set up, and how people are informed. If someone is willing to step up and tell the truth , I agree, bravo. Justice for Caylee is important, and fortune seekers will probably destroy themselves with any profits. I believe what comes around goes around, just not always when we expect it to.

His mother put her own spin on things like all mothers do IMO.He knows her well as a child not a grown woman. He was not around her family enough to know what goes on IMO

I think five minutes with the Anthonys would be enough to know what is going on.

I would bet that what looks like it came from RP in the article, has really been gotten from the documents. In addition, it could be a friend or a neighbor who stated the part about CA berating GA in front of people.

CA started the whole media frenzy by going on various shows beginning with Greta where she feigned that she was "so tired and going on little sleep, and please, Greta, don't ask me anything except about Caylee, or I will collapse on your show." Puleeze!

I Respectfully disagree, they had the right to believe Caylee was alive til they had proof she was dead.I would have been the same way. They also have the right to stand by their daughter, being a liar and a thief does not make a murderer. So far it does look like Casey killed Caylee but if it takes her parents longer to be able to face it thats their business.I have never been in their shoes and I pray to God I never am.People talking anon in a magazine whos to say its the truth, who knows what the exact truth is.

They had proof someone was dead when they retrieved the Pontiac from the tow yard. Being that KC was alive, just who did they think caused the smell of decomp in the vehicle? Some stranger or their little grandaughter who they hadn't seen or talked to for 31 days?:waitasec:

Before anyone suggests that the fight between GA & his dad was b/c GA found out he wasn't inheriting his father's business, I'd like to let you know that I beg to differ b/c apparently they had an on again - off again relationship throughout most or all of GA's life. So, again, I wonder why this source is informing the world of such indiscretions at a point when no sane person would be able to handle it - let alone somebody in the hospital trying to pick up the pieces!

I highly doubt that the hospital where George is, will supply him with a copy of People. Although, quite possibly, Cindy will bring it to him on her next visit.

You know what? I really don't care about the family dynamcis/secrets. MOST people rise above their upbringing or their parents' errors, and go on to live good lives.

I don't care about who was controlling who in the A household or how much infighting there may have been. KC made her decision.

I know a young man who, as an new born premature infant, was found in a freaking dumpster, left their by his prostitue mom and her pimp. He is a fine young man, hasn't killed anyone and isn't as angry as KC.

She is a broken soul. She needs help and imprisonment so she does not get the opportunity to kill another. It is very simple. She is not all "there", no matter what anyone says - she is a mental. I still think she has an organic problem. Her chemsitry is off.

Like dad.

Ya know, when I first read it I did think it sounded like something a mother would say.
I should always start at the latest thread and work my way back since someone has probably said this... perhaps People used material from their earlier Caylee article/interviews that either did not fit in their story line at the time - or seemed inappropriate before a body was found - just guessing here since I did not read the earlier article and have not read a synopsis of the article to come out Friday.

IIRC.. and I hope I will jog someone's memory who can confirm or correct,,, info in one of the document dumps indicated that Sean Krause had forwarded to LE email conversations betweem himself and CA's brother. I believe that LE DID communication with her brother and confirm the communications.

Someone correct me or fill in here.

Okay, beat me up for this- but.....

I don't care who is talking, as long as they are telling the truth.......

We have beaten up on the A's since day one for all their lies.... so why beat up someone who is telling it like it is?

It's refreshing to hear some truths.....I don't even care what their reason for doing this is..However, if I had a family member covering the murder of my niece for a known lying, stealing brat, I would be fuming. I sure wouldn't want her freed to do it again....

if he/whoever hadnt sold his story then id agree with you ..but whoever told that story sold it .. that is wrong just as wrong as the a's making money off her too ..

I just started reading this thread but I am curious do you have inside knowledge that the "source" got paid?

:waitasec: I find it funny that some here are throwing RP under the bus when no one here knows who "the source" was/is.

Personally, I think he is the only one that we've seen who seems to accept what happened in his family except maybe for his Mom, however I don't think he should have gone online talking about everything to strangers. To me, it doesn't make him a good guy and instead makes him seem like he wants the publicity. If this was my family I would never air my dirty laundry on the web. JMO.

Exactly... what he did in the beginning was inexcusable. If I had a brother like that and was in this situation, I would sue the heck out of him. None of my family members would ever dream about talking about our personal lives outside my family and certainly not to a tabloid.

Well, even tho you are right about it having been yet another witness that has sold his/her story, I just have to say that I do not believe any witness should make media statements. OR even write in a blog for that matter.

I do just have to say that when RP was writing in a blog, he had no idea he would even be a witness in this case. He lives in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and had not seen the Anthony's since his wedding according to him, IIRC.

I give RP a pass on this one. At least the People Magazine did not name him as a source although a part sounds like him, IMO. The others who sold their stories were named.

They quoted him at least once, according to the promo for the article.
Whether he is the unnamed source or not, his name appears in it.
Since he probably never even saw Caylee, I don't see how this tragedy affects him at all. He surely doesn't seem to be very sympathetic towards his sister or brother-in-law, from what I've seen so far, so I don't think he's grieving too terribly much.

Many people think KC is "like MoM".

I totally agree with you. KC is just like her dad.
