Geez, it says he a med student, I hope he wasn't just practicing on her. He probably won't have the skills yet to properly remove and preserve for transplant, he would need a sterile room, equipment, containers, etc.

Exactly. Maybe he killed her and was able to somehow preserve her parts. Awful the way she was found. It could be he was practicing on her as well. Horrific.
