Talk about teeth, dentists, oregano (which we aussies pronounce 'Or-re-ghan-oh') wants to talk to Shy, thanking Lamar, Lamar offers to send a msg to Raff, says hi to Vic, Shy gets on (Benhaida sounds very together and very on top of things, has just said she is on meds and it is working) she does not feel hypo now, (this would explain the call before - not on meds - no judgement) she loves shy, she loves her so much - shy sounds sad - end.

I doubt very much there is anything about Casey in these tapes, only a few more to go.

I do too, however I can't listen to them they way Astraea does, I have to save them first then listen and if you have a look at the index there are a hell of a lot of numbers there and all very similar, so when Astraea posts .... not all the numbers are visible and I cant figure out where we are both up to and don't want to have to listen to more than I need to.


All I need is the full index number if possible.

Benhaida talking to Raff, said Crystal came to visit (sounds quite happy and much more in control) she's dissing Lamar now, saying he shouldn't have told her she could get 20 - 25 yrs, says not the case, she says she cried so hard she don't wanna talk to him no more, (she's not happy with Lamar today) lays the blame on Crystal for the money, the jewelery, Benhaida says she told Raff this all before, Raff says no you didn't - Benhaida says yes I told you that long time ago, remember when i got arrested, Raff says they have her prints, Benhaida says yeah but everything else that Crystal, says Lamar tells Crystal she should take the blame....on and on and on. (something going on here but i don't know anything about the case so am lost - Raff is lost as well) talking about time she will serve, doesn't know how long, 20 yrs would be harsh, she has served a month, will know more on wed, does not want to scare Raff, will call him wed, asks if he is eating (she sounds a bit manic to me, could be meds - maybe over medication, sounds like she is on speed) asking about his parents does not want Raff to speak to Lamar no more and she won't either. (poor lamar don't know what he did, he sounded okay to me, tried to help, tried to support Benhaida) she then talks about taking her medicine, she loves Raff, and about calling Raff, she sounds playful and happy and okay - talks about calling him again, talks about working 9 hours in the jail, shes got a bible (she is all over the place) she will never take him for granted again, hold on - ( don't know what they have got her on but this lady is peaking) back again, the nurse is coming with the medicine, excited happy, shivering, one min left, oh babe did you get the check? Raff, what check, Benhaida - you gotta look for it and (whew) end.

C says she went to court last week...and she got 8 months...gets out in november 7 / 17th ...says 1200.00 worth of ****...she took the plea...went to court wed...didnt know she was going...she was giving her the option to leave them but needed 18 months of probation...took 5 months instead...she says **** was only 90 bucks if that...reading the bible...everything in god s hands.

Call to R apoogizing for crying...last night wrote the judge...remeber the letter we had with the money that we paid...R drove her somewhere when he had her sisters car...she was supposed to got here...he is reading the interent about what the charge is for...asks her if it has nothing to do with a sam or somethin....she came up there yesterday but she sisnt see her she put money in...R only has a cell phone...no landline...thats why she dont call her...jeffs isnt a business??? (---dont get it--- )

There is a chance she could go home on 29...she thinks C is mad at her...you know how K is ...if she puts money I wont be mad at her but its not about the money....thinks K will come before saturday...told her to go R??? cant work after 4 becaus they got her on medicine ...they want her to go to lakeview/lakeside...but she wont....wants a pic of her wedding..he says no jail isnt the right place for it...he says no you come get it....this time is not only one that came today...??????????looki behind picture she took something from him she says it was something you needed,,,,took it because she didnt want him to leave him...left it in the stand...wasnt there yesterday...asking about door...someone broke it...wed the 29th...today is the 18th...you know that witch casey...got out of jail again...she saw her...coming down the hallway...put in holding cell...she is in protective custody...not a celebrity... a VIP because she is in trouble...

I definitely have some opinions/thoughts on this list of calls, but am thinking it may be best to let it all sink in first. Regardless though, after all of that, I can say that I just can NOT believe River/Krystal in regards to the GA stories...they just dont add up for me personally.

Benhaida misses Raff, sorry she cried yesterday, shes got good news, last night she wrote judge for Seminole county, for warrant, wants judge to uplift it (?) she was supposed to go to pre release, found out they sent mail to Holloway, got sent back, cos not Benhaida?, Raff says on internet dealing with stolen property, she says that is the charge that I have, did Raff speak to Krystal, K put money on her phone, she did not see her, she has $37 dollars, used $ 12, she can't call Krystal as it is a land line, she has to put money on it, not a cell phone, someone put a block on it ( I don't know) anyway there is a chance she will go home on 29th, Raff does not want to be surprised he wants her home, she thinks I am mad at her (krystal) i know what she is thinking, Raff says it is not about the money, ( she sounds up again to me - meds working?) can she call Raff monday?, she can't work after 4pm as she is on meds?, wants her to go to lakeside, she wants a picture of the wedding, Raff says, you come get it ( in a very cute accent - don't know what his accent is yet maybe french/african? someone correct me if wrong - I know this accent it is on the tip of my tongue, help!!!---it's french but not European) Raff and Benhaida sound in love, they miss each other, (he does sound like he cares for her) he is sitting in the lounge, She says it hurts in the morning, she hugs herself, when she goes to sleep and it hurts her in the morn when she wakes up....so, you okay? ETA: And a big thank you to you as well It certainly was a lengthy adventure. Glad we made it I have so many thoughts about how this pertains to the case that I am not sure I know where to begin. So for now I am going to enjoy my tea and be thankful that I am never going to jail (well we HAVE had quite a few innocent people spend many many years behind bars here before being acquitted so I should NEVER say never...NOT TO MENTION how long you wait if just assumed guilty!!!!)

No worries JBean but keep in mind we are finished now ( I think) and someone has moved us back up to the main forum.

We posted ( in the parking lot, what we heard at the time, with some commentary) free in the knowledge we were in the parking lot and did not go into any detail until the last couple of pages. I would hate to see our stuff get deleted as a hell of a lot of our time and patience went into it. Please pm me if you need anything deleted if you think it would hurt any children that may be touched by this case....that is not my intention.
