Photo Adjustment Thread - "Wheel Well/Trunk Evidence"

Bringing this over from the other thread so you can see the position of her arm/hand and see better that it's not a stuffed animal

Keep in mind also I am fatter than she is and she has bony elbows--and the angle is a little off-I had the camera on my kitchen counter

Although I see where your confusion comes from, I think if you really look at the two pictures you'll see that she couldn't possibly have arms so long that her elbow would fall that low with the hand being in that close a proximity

why did my first thought go to someone outside the family reporting to the police that there is a gun and being afraid of what George might do to "himself" with the gun, maybe a lady friend

Hi SieSie:blowkiss: The gun could have easily been put inside a stuffed animal or a case of some sort or a cloth that would match the enhancements.

thanks for all your work SS.
I guess that's possible - I just don't understand with George being ex-LE, why he would hold onto anything that could be damning (unless he didn't know it was there) - and I also wonder why it took this long (months) to search other people's vehicles!!

:blowkiss: Beaner!!

In one of the pics it showed the lady with the red shirt wearing a glove on her left hand is reaching into her right front jeans pocket with a hand wearing no glove, maybe her personal cell rang in her pocket and she was reaching for it - in the next pic she had turned around and was holding the black object in her right hand - I think it is her personal cell and with a glove on her right hand it was too hard to get phone out of her pocket so she took it off, the gun was already in the bag by that time, jmo

I agree - when it's blown up, what others are seeing as her elbow and forearm are waaaaay too "bumpy". It's all black/grey behind her, why so many different colors if it's all her arm?? What's the red dot? I think it's the stuffed animal's nose.

I can see how the "string/badge" thing could easily be a design on her shirt, as irishbosoxfan mentioned earlier.

I think you nailed it, SieSie... It looks just like bottom paw of that bear in the Easter picture of Caylee. There's no way that could be an elbow!!!

Okay guys, here's what i came up with when I super-imposed the pic of the teddybear from Caylee's Easter picture onto the picture of LE removing the "mystery" item. I have included the actual size and then blown it up. The square is the super-imposed teddybear, which I have converted to Sepia tone, flipped horizontally, and faded so it can be seen how well it fits. Obviously, there are factors as to how it the "mystery" item was held and turned, so who knows? But all I had to do was flip the teddy bear horizontally (strangely enough I didn't have to put in a custom rotation in my image editing program) and it fit perfectly.

I usually lurk and don't post but I have to put in my two cents here. I'm an artist, paint figures quite often. She is bent over, leaning forward toward the car. Do it in the mirror and you can see that if you point your elbow down and lean forward it can be in that position. She looks like a lean lady with long arms. I think it's her elbow.

I'm sure that they did take a gun out of the car but I'd bet that wasn't all they took.

I'm an artist too! Except I paint portraits... Still, it looks just like the foot of Caylee's bear when compared to the pics presented by SieSie and tabbykiki. How do you explain the bumpiness? Can you send a pic to compare so we can see what you're talking about?

Wouldn't it be something if that was the missing BlackJack phone that the CSI is holding?

Just don't see how it can be an elbow. I blew both up and the one on the right isn't even shaped like an elbow would be. But it definately looks like a candy cane hanging.

ANYWAY it's all moot. Apparently it wasn't anything instrumental to the case anyway since gun wins over teddy any day of the week!

My guess is that he may have assumed that having the gun locked up and outside the home would be sufficient to meet the bond conditions.
oops.

I believe LE had had "mama" for quite some time. Part of what they collected when they got the Dora backpack, etc.
