Photo Comparisons: KC in July and January

After looking at the menus for KC's jail in another thread, her overall health must be significantly better..and considering she has a lot of time to rest.

All right, I throw this out there too, I wonder...if she had taken the time to eat healthier and rest before June, would things have turned out different? Does she feel different as a person on the inside today as a result of better health?

I thought it imperative to add this photo to Caseys's visits to Baez's office. Note the blouse and short skirt. Please compare to recent court photo.

Makes me laugh - the pic. I don't have a daughter, but if I did and she showed up to an attorney's to work on a murder1 defense in those clothes ...:furious:

If you look at the top two comparisons, the big difference I see is the way she holds her chin.

In the pic on the left (earlier pics), she tucks her chin under. Now, in the later pictures on the right, she holds her chin more rested and jutting out -- which I think is what makes her nose suddenly look "bigger" (as everyone was pointing out yesterday).

I'm sure there is a reason (body language experts??).....nerves, medication, defiant in one, relaxed and happy in another???

That is Exactly what I was thinking yesterday when I saw the pic of her at the court hearing. I thought how her nose and profile was jutting out more than before. Coule be she was thinner and kept her head lower before and now haw more confidence. Almost as if she doens't have a care in the world right now!! No mother to fight with, no child to care for, no friends to snow over, no job she has to pretend to work. Nothing!! Then she has JB telling her it will all be alright. Everyone will understand when the whole story comes out. she is the center of all these people's world right now and loving the attention. Whether good or bad.

Anyway, I assume they will have a jury consultant of the highest order. Nothing has kept them from attracting the best experts so far. Wonder why? What about this case are they bundling down to FL for? I was told "to protect the system and the science". Really?

Also, if they do a venue change I would want it to an urban area of Miami. Urban areas normally do not trust cops all that much (sometimes) and they would be more open to that claim. Certain areas would pop out to me more than others I guess.... (if I were them) just thinkin

I have ignored the talk about her looks improving her chances of an acquital, as I think she looks like a normal American 22 yr old most of the time.

Now, with her looks improved to an almost 'sweetness' - I think the prosecution may have a problem getting a unanimous guilty verdict. It is at least possible anyway. (shrug)

WHat do you want to bet that was part of JB defense strategy? Make Casey look innocent and not possible of doing something so heinous.

I think she looked very gaunt in the July pictures- and like has been mentioned here, she has filled out. Her cheekbones are no longer razor sharp, her collar bone is no longer sticking out.

Could it be because she is no longer partying?

Could it be that she was super stressed out after murdering Caylee?

Could it be that she is now liberated and relaxed?

Or is it just the carbs and incarceration?


She does look better and more soft now.

It reminds of young men and women before vs after military service. They go in as big kids and come back often times very much refined, settled and mature.

I personally don't think the jury will be fooled by her innocent act or her looks. I think society has learned that not all killers look like the monster hiding under the bed. I think they will notice that the only emotion she shows is in regard to herself as testimony is given regarding her dead child. I think one example of a monster not only looking normal but charming, would be Ted Bundy.

I think we should give a jury enough credit to see the entire picture.

She does look detoxed and well rested. I would suppose she is on meds from her doctor. Also she is not receiving any information from the outside except what her little transistor, and Baez, give her. I really wonder if she knows how serious the evidence is against her.

I agree with you. LE has enough evidence to convince a jury.

yank - I think you are correct. Clean her up, get a behavioral coach (she needs it) dress her up and then go for it. At this point one thing may work as well as another - you know. just thinkin. just sayin

Think the slight weight gain has helped a little but believe her looks in court are not going to be outweighed by the evidence. I do dread seeing the new "Sunday school" image that they'll probably present in court as it's gonna make me barf.

ITA. Reminds me of the Pamela Smart case. She looked like a school marm in court but it was impossible to erase the image of her posing on her bed in a bikini for her young boyfriend. I wanted to rip those big, floppy bows she wore to court, out of her over-permed hair.

KC's "hot body" photos are burned into our brains. Nobody is going to buy it.

Well, I am worried it will be mostly an all male jury. Urban or not, not sure it will make a difference.
