Makes me wonder too. They say he said he was on the phone with his daughter...but I have doubts on that. To me , he just looks too focused in looking AND in talking. Don't jump on me for this...but most men can't do two focused things at the same time Jokingly stated, of course. But I would think if it was his daugther he would be standing straight up talking and then telling her he had to go. Ya know?

ITA - would have stopped to listen.

From the looks of it, this video is a mish mash of several snippets of film. To me it seems like video taken from at least three different locations.

Conway says they revealed already to LE WHO DC was talking to on the phone!

It's going to take a lot more than this video to convince me that the A's knew where Caylee's body was. There are too many unanswered questions, for instance:

1) Where was DC searching in relation to where the body was found?
2) What does DC claim he was searching for?
3) Where does DC claim he got the information of where to search?
4) What did Casey and DC talk about when he visited her in jail?

Additionally, it makes no sense to me at all that the A's knew where Caylee's body was - who would have told them? - or that they would share that information with the PI and thereby seal Casey's fate. It seems like the last thing they'd want to do is direct someone to the body.

DC is a PI - he investigates, it's his job. DC could have uncovered information on his own, without the knowledge of the A's, that led him to this spot. He says he never mentioned his search to the A's until after Caylee was found.

Bottom line, we need more info. And I want it now!

1) Much of this can be found in the video I refered to an earlier post. The DA at court mention close I believe they said 10 yards/10ft. something 10 I have to transcribe the rest of it.

2) A not an alive Caylee that's forsure! MOO I will work on what is said in the video they are whispering for a couple of min. aprox. about this.

3) In my opinion it is LA & will soon find out from LE as I'm sure they have DC's cell phone records by now. You can't say he was talking to his ill daughter while searching in the woods with a knike, garden tool & a metal prode!

4) She probably didn't tell him anything but half truths but LA I think she told him a lot this = MIA LA

He was supposed to be looking for Caylee alive. To think they were at a "Meet & Greet" to get donated $ to buy t-shirts, bracelets, search $ to follow leads to look for an alive Caylee....Dosen't cost $ to go around the corner from the A's house. MOO The A's & DC should be ashamed of themselves this is OJ that's forsure. They with held information that could have led to Caylee being found much sooner. And who knows if DC did find something & got rid of it. Say Caylee's or KC clothes evidence that she hid seperate. That could be why he search 2 different areas.

While everyone else is searching the crime scene photos etc. I will go back to listen non-stop to the hearing the other day. You can hear the state lawyers whispering about the video & the P.I.'s searching for Caylee those 2 days. I found this before the leak of what was in the video. justdafacts was helping me transcribe what I found. It starts at 17:00 minutes Part 1 of KC criminal hearing when the judge is in the chambers until he comes back out. I know I can get more & I wish the judge would have taken a few more minutes he stopped them in a mid sentence. I caught this using headphones. Here's a link to some of the posts from that day if someone will help. Close your eyes & you can hear more! We might find some more clues from this too! MOO

Something right after he says the 2nd day he came out & ....something round...came within 10ft. .....Boy I really have to listen to this over & over again.

But I'm just catching up watching the video hearings cause I had an apt. Was too tired last night to watch them! Later I will listen again & again!! Anyone else catch any of this???

I'll add whatever else I hear. Wow I wonder if they realize what you can hear when they whisper due to the mikes. Headphones work great for doing this! I just got them brand new today....Yeah!

Don't know if it's the original but it a whole lot better quality than the one WFTV has. I swear I saw Caylee's book laying on the ground at the very beginning of the tape. Anyone else see it??

I don't know for sure, but if anyone's been to the crime scene, you'll know that from where Caylee was found, and on down that side of Suburban, is all this thick brush and trees. It could have been anywhere on that side of Suburban. Couldn't get a good look to tell for sure as the picture quality is terrible.

If JB has anything to do with this, he'll lose his license. If the A's are involved, maybe they'll get limited immunity but I can't imagine it will be more than that.

In original photos of crime scene did anyone see a shed, building?
IIRC MR said something like a white thing, then a board above a tree?
something didn't look right? But this film is odd. I agree they are looking for a dead Caylee and not an alive Caylee......wish for a document drop soon!

At least two completely different locations. I believe the wood deck/porch is located with the outbuilding, but I could be mistaken. It is nowhere around the dump site area, but where he comes out of in the beginning and is poking with the metal rod is definitely that area.

These guys are not at the crime scene. The time of the video is 0915, morning, right? In the PI video, when he emerges from the woods he is in full sunlight, he must be facing east. Look at the pics below. The aerial shot is taken in the morning too. All the areas near the crime scene are in shadows. If he's anywhere, he's at the far east end of Suburban Drive. THe problem with that is that area is fenced off and not mowed nicely like that. That combined with the mystery house I'm saying these guys are no where near the real crime scene. Let's hope he turned the real video over to LE and used this fake one to make some $$$$.

Maybe The A's feel like since DC was in their employ the tape is theirs ans to prevent Hoov from the Kings Ransom they gave permission to have it released. Please note all kinds of sarcasm, eye rolling and occasional head spin.

To my eyes, it appears that DC is within 10 feet of where the remains of Caylee were found (in the video segment we've seen where he's prodding with the pole). Can someone post one of the crime scene photos showing the pavers/concrete block configuration in relation to the blue covered tent? It's within 10 feet to my estimation.
