I believed Caylee was dead ... based on my opinion and later, also on the forensic evidence I read about. But it's stories like this that concern me.

Is she really really really dead? Does LE have evidence that proves this? Why would they let anyone waste their time going out of state to get this photo? Is anyone really going out-of-state to get this photo?

LE isn't wasting their time, the A's are wasting their donations to pay for some PI's who are probably laughing at them as they take their money to find a child they surely know is dead.

I went with one of my nieces to look at an apartment. It was an upscale complex but I did notice they had all the appointment cards in plain view.

I don't know if they had been working with them or what, but there was a large coffee table in the reception area and they were all on that table with the applications attached. At the time, I thought most of those people would not appreciate their applications in full view with SS numbers showing.

I waited for about 15 minutes for the leasing agent to return from another showing, and I could have had any and all information I wanted if I were a crook.

I think KC took a photograph of that card with her cell phone. That is how many crooks do it, and we all know she had her crooked ways.

Hopefully LE could retrieve a picture like that from her cell phone account!

But ZG didn't use the F on the card. She signed it C-Z**** G*****. The question is, where/how did Casey come up with the F if she got the information from the guest card?

1~We only know the 'park/ZG/script story from LP. We don't know for sure she has changed her story. Until I know for sure she has, I am discounting it.

2~He say's she has "compelling reasons" why she has behaved the way she has. I haven't seen him defending her lies.

The PI's are involved with retrieving the pics. If they value their professional reputations they will not try to pull such an obvious trick, it is too easily found out.

I absolutely disagree with you and cannot wrap my brain around how anyone could look the other way on every issue that's currently known. Nothing besides the obvious (IMO) explains everything.

Having said that, I am not in the slightest bit offended that you feel as you do. I'd imagine your not offended by my opinion, either. At least I hope that's the case.

As for the picture though, I think Baez knows he has to get something out there that would help in the lawsuit against Casey. I've not kept up with the business about ZFG's children's names (though I am aware that the 2 named where the only 2 on the card filled out at Sawgrass), or the make/model of her automobile. We have found out that Z's name is indeed, ZF-G, exactly as Casey had stated. Did LE come up with the children's names, or did Casey? What about the make/model of the vehicle? I do realize they weren't the same, but they certainly do look enough alike that one could confuse the 2. IF any of this came out of Casey's mouth, IMO, it's GAME OVER. We do know however that LE would have more than likely contacted ZFG from the card she filled out, so maybe that's where these names came from. I have a problem with this theory though because if it were LE, they'd have run the name thru their system and wouldn't have made the mistake as to the make/model of the car.

I thought she was based on the forensics from the trunk, then I saw LE (John Allen?) saying there was no hard and fast evidence ... and now this.

It's my understanding from the testimony of Harry G. that he filled out that card and wrote the C. in front of Zenaida G.

True, they don't have a body yet. But they DO have proof a dead body was at one time in the trunk of that car (decomp fluid), and they have hair that matches Caylee's DNA that had "death rings" on it. So I would say that's pretty hard and fast proof.

I once worked as an apartment leasing agent. We had the guest card to fill out with name, current address, ph. numbers, # of people- adults and kids and the kids ages- so we would know how many bedrooms they had to have. We also asked about what kind of vehicles they would park on the property and made a copy of their drivers license. These cards would lay on our desks. If KC went into the leasing office under the pretense of say... picking up an application for an apt, she could have easily looked at the guest card and gotten that info. imo

I wonder if Casey was also looking for an apartment that day...since she knew people at Sawgrass...and wanted to move out...

OK...for people who are buying into this: If ZG..according now to Casey not her real name...did exist...why is there only a single photo of her with Casey and/or Caylee in the entire world? Think about it. Casey is a wannabe photographer. She takes hundreds and hundreds of photos. There would be TONS of photos Casey could have produced before now with the two of them together (ZG and Caylee). There are ZERO. WHY?! How can this be?! Common sense tells me that it can only be because there is no such person.

I just think they're being careful with the words/terms they use right now. Just in case, they don't want to potentially say something that could come back to haunt them at trial. That's my take on it, anyway.
