PI's following out of state lead on Picture of Caylee.

This is what I think, there are some people calling in who IMAGINE they see Caylee but they dont. Look, all the evidence concludes shes dead. But of course the defense team and her family are going to try to confuse everyone so Casey gets out of it. Which wont work.

You know there's this gal who does "interviews" shown on the jumbotron at JETS games and she is the spitting image of our "suspect". If I didn't know better, I would have phoned her in as awol from Castle A.

Ok, when I make a mistake I admit it! I read the article and it said they're checking with a man 'out of state.' I read the tourist word on the thread. And I equated out of state to tourist. But I think it's a fair assumption.

I am sorry if it seemed that I was attacking your post in particular, I had asked the question earlier and no one answered, then your post was the most recent with tourist in it and I just used it to quote. Sorry, I really thought I may have missed it myself.

She did not change her story about ZG having no kids. ZG talked to LE on July 16th, the same day Casey did. ZG claims that LE told her on July 16th that Casey knew the names of her children. Casey maintained on July 16th that ZG had NO children. Casey never gave another statement to LE.

Thanks for this post, that was my understanding from everything I read also, that KC had told LE that ZG had no children.

Also, when shown the picture of that ZG (who is now suing), KC had told LE that was not the person.

Georgia PI, do I understand in your post that in this study quoted, that they studied 22 cases of hair that had still been attached to decomposing bodies, and that none of these 22 showed "banding"?

You read it as it was written by the author, the banding comment came from a old published FBI report as first reported on NG.

You will find reports that say the banding is there and you will find reports that say it wasn't.

Well my thoughts are if they recieved a tip from this guy but it took weeks to track him down he probably made it up and doesnt have anything. That to me is way more likely than it being anything.

Sheesh RasGirl26, where have you been - obviously not keeping up. KC said Caylee was kidnapped. Of course they've had a hard time tracking the man with the photo down because he's one of the kidnappers. With all the trauma of losing her daughter she forgot they met up at the park...that she didn't really drop her off at Z's and...she was wrong about last seeing her on June 9th...it was actually June 15th. We remember where we were when JFK was shot, planes flew through the World Trade Centers but really, what mother would remember when she last saw her child. I think you're being unreasonable Ras.

If you need to get up to speed with the facts, just listen to LE's interview with Casey. After listening to it myself, it made me wish everyone was so truthful and obvious this is a mother who has her daughter's best interest in mind.

Ras, I would plead with you to find some compassion for KC...after all, her actions - high 5'ing her brother, developing a pronounced shake in her behind/hips as she walks and smelling like a stripper (per her photo bucket image with that exact quote) - are all classic signs of extreme trauma/loss.

BYW, if Baez REALLY had a picture of ZFG and Caylee and Casey together, he would have had the picture faxed to his office and immediately gone to LE with the picture so they could find the woman so that Casey could be vindicated and have alot of anger and even perhaps some charges dropped. They would NOT be keeping such a thing for trial. The only reason I think they would keep it is if you can't tell who is in the picture they are going to try and buffalo people with and that its only their claim that its really the people of interest in the picture.

And no, you do NOT have to believe Caylee is alive to post in those threads. The only thing the mods ask is that you not come in there and ridicule the posters and make arguments as to why she is dead. In fact, at least from my standpoint, we welcome people who come in and respectfully challenge our theories, facts, or assertions. REALLY! When that happens it helps to clarify our thinking while avoiding putting us on the defensive or making us feel attacked, as we do in other threads.

If I were JB, I would immediately turn over all information/photo to LE/FBI. I don't think it is going to happen and some poor innocent bystander will be drug into the 3 ring circus.

If I am reading that thread and I see a question that I know the answer to, I answer it. I may not agree with you or the other posters on that thread but if I see someone trying to remember a detail, etc., I try to help out so because no matter what we believe, we all want to help find Caylee. Every person that has responded to my information has been respectful and courteous as have all posters on WS. But I do have to admit that it has been very difficult for me not to continue to add, as I have in the past, a quick "butIdon'tbelievesheisalive" in my post. I would love nothing more that for the wee one to come home safe and sound so I admire your and that particular thread's optimism.

ZG is making the claim in her lawsuit and in media interviews that LE told her that Casey told them the names of ZG's children.

You're right, Nancy T, I noticed that too.
I was very surprised to hear her now say "Casey or Caylee's hair" . She used to slap down anyone, even the forensics expert, if they wouldn't go along with her theme that the hair absolutely, positively had to be Caylee's because it definitely did have a band on it, and that Caylee definitely had to be deceased because that was the only way banding could be produced, etc. It was a relief to hear her use this much more conservative phrasing now.

Please read back through what you just wrote. KC's whereabouts are known, and she certainly appears to be alive. You can't do a perp walk if you're dead, right? And Caylee's whereabouts are, sadly, unknown. If the hair is either KC's or Caylee's, whose do you think it is?

Honestly, Chilly...what difference does it make? Death bands or no death bands. How many missing children mothers' cars have decomp in them? What are the odds? We have the entire A fam including Casey trying to explain away the smell of a decaying body in her car and the most extensive, credible research facility in America saying it is true.

It makes a difference to me. I like to form my opinions on actual facts, not rumors. If Caylee's hair was found with a death band in Casey's trunk, that's a very important fact that would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Caylee is in fact deceased and that her body was in the trunk.

1~We only know the 'park/ZG/script story from LP. We don't know for sure she has changed her story. Until I know for sure she has, I am discounting it.

2~He say's she has "compelling reasons" why she has behaved the way she has. I haven't seen him defending her lies.

He IS defending her lies. He's saying that there is a ZG. WHERE????

Avoidance of the DP is a compelling reason to behave the way she has.
