It makes a difference to me. I like to form my opinions on actual facts, not rumors. If Caylee's hair was found with a death band in Casey's trunk, that's a very important fact that would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Caylee is in fact deceased and that her body was in the trunk.
Well...all I can say is that I hope you are here during the trial so I can point out to you all the things that have come out already which are then going to be considered evidence to put her away. On the next case...we can go back and debate again.

I have seen enough in this case to determine that LE knows and has proof that Caylee was in the trunk of that car. It is not a stretch to feel they have adequate proof to charge and elicit a guilty verdict of Casey. They are only waiting to find Caylee's little body at this point.

Also, there are too many people...like Tim M...that would not be making statements to think otherwise. They are insiders to the investigation. I have to trust they are using their best judgement as always.

That's fine, but all I want to know is if there is a statement by LE that Caylee's hair, with death bands, was found in the trunk. :waitasec:

Yes, very interesting information. But it doesn't answer my question. i.e., has it actually been stated by any authority that there are "death rings" on Caylee's hair from the trunk of the car. In the absence of a link to such a statement, the matter of "death rings" on Caylee's hair fall into the realm of speculation. We may or may not ever see evidence proving this to be a fact. For the moment, it's not.

What a SHAME that doing just that, instead of protecting her killer is not priority #1 in the Anthony family IMHO.
It truly is a shame for Caylee. When strangers to Caylee care more about giving her a decent burial and some justice...it is truly a shame. :(

But if it was known why not give the info to LE? No, I just don't buy any of it. This is not a game. There is a child's body out there. If there could be a quicker resolution to this nightmare, why wait?

If you were hired by the prosecution it more than likely would be turned over to the authorities, but you have to look at it from the defense side, the prosecution has built this big case all based on circumstanceal evidence (no body) and it has been plastered all over by the media.

It is the prosecutions job to provide evidence without a reasonable doubt that the person in fact did what you are claiming they did, if you are the defense and you are hired by the person being charged with a crime, most of the time the defense will hold there evidence and present it at trial.

At this point it is some what like a game. Who can trump whose evidence.

It’s a bit more complicated, but this is the just.

I may be wrong, but didnt kc say in her interview with LE that she hadnt actually been to the park with ZG and Caylee? I'll have to go back and listen to it again.....am just wondering if she did say that , then how could there possibly be a pic of all three of them together? ....OH, wait....maybe that was part of the 'script'?
Also in regards to the brainstorming effort on why there was a C in front of the ZG name on the rental card thingy.....maybe the agent used the C as a note that ZG has children? Some owners dont like renting to families with young children since they like to draw on walls, spill things etc?
I dunno, just a thought.

I'm not judging the picture, I'm judging the people who "claim" it shows Caylee and Casey with Zanaida.

Ok, let me get this right there is a picture with Caylee, Casey and Zanaida, when did he take the picture as the sister Samantha was holding Casey while Zanaida took Caylee or after the fact, because Casey must have forgot that she mentioned that Zanaida's sister was with her, did the guy ask her to move out of the picture, because he only wanted a picture of Caylee, Casey and Zanaida the nanny. Yeah, Yeah, I think that is what happened gosh I don't know why I was so confused.:bang:

And on TOP of all that....Cindy, the control-freak Mother/Grandmother never once in the 1 1/2 years that "Zanni" was watching her grandchild asked Casey for her phone number? Address? In case of emergency? Never asked to pick up or drop Caylee off? Never asked Caylee "What did Zanni and you do today?". Didn't she wonder why the name "Zanni" never came out of Caylee's mouth in that year and a half? I just can't FATHOM any of that!

You can't fathom it because it's a load of bull. Let's not forget that Cindy also changed her story about having even ever heard Zanni's name prior to July 15th. During the last 911 call she made, she's heard saying to someone in the room, "Zanni took her!" That certainly indicates familiarty among the family with the name of the "nanny".

Yet weeks later, Cindy claimed to have NEVER heard the sitter's name prior to this all coming to light, saying Caylee had talked about the nanny's puppy a lot, but that she'd never, in a year and a half, even once referenced the nanny by name and that Cindy had never asked either Casey or Caylee for the sitter's name. Ridiculous.

Both statements can't be true. Either she had heard the "Zanni" name prior to July 15th or she hadn't. Much as she'd like to, she can't have it both ways. I understand that she's in a horrible position, but if she really believes Caylee is alive as she swears she does, lying certainly doesn't help find her.

All this talk about the "C" in her name IMO comes from SK's posting on his blog...and no I won't dignify that person with a link.

I don't think the "death rings" have much to do with this case right now. People are putting so much importance on those and the fact there WAS decomp to begin with is being lost here. This is a missing child. Please give me the stats on how many mothers' cars have decomp at all including hair of any kind with or without banding in the trunk along with bodily fluids that have concluded in the driver, the mother, the last person admittedly having the child have been the main suspect in her disappearance?! Does logic not play into this case anywhere?!

To be honest with you, not that I can remember.

I will have to check on that.

I don't think it has been stated that the pic in question was taken during the "kidnapping" Just that it was a pic of the three of them at A park.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi Chilly...IIRC, there was a video report by one of the TV stations (maybe WFTV?) where the reporter talked about how LE had confirmed they were testing evidence for a third time, etc., and I believe (but please don't hold me to it) that the death-band on the hair might have been mentioned as well as confirmation of chloroform.

I think all we're gonna find at this point are media reports since LE has not released any of their forensic testing results in these document dumps. I love your little avatar, by the way...so cute! :)

It goes to charges not yet filed IMO. I don't think anyone would doubt it's "neglectful" to lose your child, but criminal to murder her. If this info could put an end to speculation as to what is coming down the road, why not end it now...unless what you have is bubkus. IOW...nada, zilch, zero!

Nope...not wrong.

LE isn't wasting their time, the A's are wasting their donations to pay for some PI's who are probably laughing at them as they take their money to find a child they surely know is dead.

The A's are at this point IMO, just looking for that ONE juror in a potential pool they can hopefully influence. All this "crap" they are throwing out there, on the internet, other media, is pure BS.

The family is well versed in it.

All their collective energies are out on the side of road collecting money and trying to get a "win" out of this...how horrible.

Why? What possible difference with everything you already have seen does it make? I honestly would like to know.

Gosh, I wish I didn't have to go to work!!

<<cough>> <<cough>> it is cold season, right? Maybe take a sick day???

Well, I hope they're real proud of themselves...and their daughter.
