PI's following out of state lead on Picture of Caylee.

When did this case turn from a missing person to a homicide? Did LE make a statememt saying it is now a homicide?

I don't think they have called this a homicide, although they called it early on a "possible homicide." Casey has been named a suspect in the disappearance of her daughter. But think about it. Is it against the law to give your daughter to someone for safekeeping? Is it against the law to leave your daughter at a babysitter who then takes her? So what crime causing Caylee to disappear do they "suspect" her of, if not murder?

I am still trying to figure out how they knew the man had this "picture". The original article says it took weeks to track him down, so that to means he didnt contact the Anthonys and say oh I have a picture you might be interested in.

Plus wouldnt the picture have to be the day Caylee was taken by ZFG? Casey stated she hadnt been to the park with ZFG and Caylee before, so leaves no other day than the date Caylee was supposedly taken.

Private investigators working for her attorney Jose Baez are out of state following up on something they say is significant.

Jose Baez’s spokesperson Todd B tells fox 35 their investigators are out of state talking to a man and getting pictures of the ZG Casey says took caylee.

Black says the picture was taken at a park and has all involved parties in it: the woman they say is the ZFG, Casey and caylee. No information at this point when this picture was taken.
And Todd B says they have been trying to find the man who has the picture for weeks and they just located him and got in touch with him.


Any thoughts on this fellow sleuthers?

Unless there is some way to date the picture, assuming one really exists, as being taken after the day she disappeared, I don't know how it will prove anything. Perhaps it will give us the face of the "real" ZFG, but I think that's very unlikely considering there is no ZFG.

I think that's exactly what it will provide.

As much as some people believe that LE "has more", there really IS another side to this called the Defense, and I think it's a mistake to disregard their findings.

Sounds like another lawsuit in the future! Maybe someone can get together a class action suit on behalf of the people that the Anthonys try to incriminate.

I'd say that the above posts have already answered my belief about whether or not a "Zenaida" really exists.

You don't have to believe all of what Casey says in order to also believe that some of what she said was truth, and that Caylee is, indeed alive.

You would also have to posit that the cadaver dogs both showed false-positive hits and that all the biological and chemical forensic results have also been false positives. You would further have to discount the fact that Casey didn't report her daughter missing. You would finally have to discredit all the witness evidence that Casey showed no outward signs of worry about Caylee and has not searched for Caylee.

Yes...I thought I was on topic tho. We were talking about this mystery woman in the photo being the woman. She should be the one to bring her home alive. However, with the forensic evidence we have heard so far...there is little chance that Caylee is still alive and we already are aware that everything Casey said was a bundle of lies. There is no photo that can show us her mystery nanny. She does not exist.
