I think they've listed the address because that is where they were routed from the 911 call. It's where they first learned "something was wrong."
This is to give jurors a choice. It means the prosecutor is worried enough about his evidence to think the jury just maybe might not be able to convict for 1st degree murder.
And I can see why. When did Caylee die? Anywhere from June 16 through July 16........it doesn't sound like LE has ANYTHING pinned down in this case.
I still think LE has more than we are privy to. The Grand Jury only
took 30 minutes to hand down the indictment, there had to be some compelling evidence. I have faith in the investigators, the prosecutor,
and the outcome of the trial.
