Do you have a link to the source of the screenshot please? I’d be interested in reading more.
Sorry I don’t have a link, it’s from many records from a records request on another case. When I’m home later I will try to attach the scanned PDF here though (so you or anyone else interested) can read.

I'm thinking he had been slithering into the Moscow house before the murder night.

Me too, It's SO easy to blend in at college house parties when they're full.

I suspect the nexus was utterly insignificant to the victim/s. But he found them somehow.

But also I don't know how much social media presence he has.

He may have discovered that house by accident. It's possible. And then obsessed.

I wonder if any admin from his WSU program was on his grievance list (which i believe he had).

Powerless, ineffectual without a Kbar.

Weakling.

JMO
Yeah, so many ways to find the place and then easy to watch/surveil in person once found.

But also, during the presser one of the ISP investigators talked about how he ( BK) used software regularly to wipe files from all his devices, both computers and phone. I believe the state had an expert lined up to testify to this for the trial ( expert witness lists).. Moo this might factor in to why they failed to find even any search history (perhaps for real estate pics of inside 1122) and if BK was looking at open instagram accounts of the victims without necessarily having an account or following them. BK was continuously wiping his devices.

But moo this does show that Bk never 'liked' any of the victims' posts or messaged any of them through Instagram ( per inaccurate People magazine report in early days of 2023), as any actions like that would have been findable and retrievable on the victims' accounts, regardless of BK wiping his own devices. No, I'm thinking he snuck in at night while they were sleeping. That is not a fact, just my assumption that he had done test runs.

for sure

also, because he set-up cameras at the Korean students apartment, I wouldn't be surprised if he'd used a range of surveillance techs & tools on a range of people over many years.

BTW When father Bayliss told his son that he'd find the thief and get his revenge, his son mentioned that to pal BK and BK reacted by starting to stalk the house from the woods behind. ( This is all acc to Bayliss)

Absolutely.

I am convinced he was in the house prior to the murders scoping it out.

I know the judge and the prosecutor both said that this killer could not be compelled to give details about his crime, but I have real doubts about that.
Certainly, just sitting there as an individual and citizen this killer does not have to incriminate himself. Plead the 5th and all that.
But this was a plea deal; two sides negotiating.
Defense says, he’ll plead guilty if you take the death penalty away.
Prosecution responds, we’ll accept the plea deal and scratch the death penalty, but this killer will need to give a detailed confession and answer questions.
Defense answers, he doesn’t want to do that.
Prosecution responds, see you in court to make his appointment with the firing squad.
Defense says, it’s about his 5th amendment rights.
Prosecution responds, have him waive that right, like he did his right to appeal.
Defense says, he doesn’t want to.
Prosecution responds, see you in court.
This doesn’t seem hard to me.

I agreed with everything that Judge Hippler said.

Anything BK said would most likely not be truthful. Do these types even know the truth or the why? Maybe Xana was killed because she could recognize him, so he killed her.

Isn’t it all about control and hate? He has no emotions. He is soulless. He wants to feel something so he commits murder?

Watching the interview with David Scott (he's an awesome interviewer- ask the hard questions) and psycho killer GH was eye opening; and even though BK wasnt considered a serial killer they appear to share a dangerous evil lurking inside - pure evil- nothing but evil lurking inside.

For those interested- it's worth watching. Linked video can be disturbing for some.

GH gives this smirk that is frightening and so telling.

And then next line would be:

Defense: Okay, See you in court. The defendant will not be speaking.

Oh C'mon! Not ONE reporter asked about
1. Sentence underlined on Page 118 of a "book"
2. IDs in glove in a box OR
3. Was anything of the victims taken by BK

?

Just as an aside. Orange suits BK.

That's the law

Yes. But if he does, the prosecution can pull the plea and go back to seeking the death penalty.
The judge hinted at that today.

Withholding information like the location of the weapon, etc (I'm not convinced there even is a motive - other than him wanting to do it), is about control. It's the only control he has right now.

The way to take back that control is not to try to force the info from him, but to IGNORE him.

Really, who cares where the weapons are? Who cares why about a motive that may or may not even be true?

It would be different if he were withholding the location of a body. But, in this case, the best way to get back control is to not care.

My opinion, with the understanding that many disagree.

It was nice to see him in prison orange and chains.
The victim statements ran quite the gamut, very emotional day.

BTW - has it been confirmed that the house was unlocked on the night? Was it always unlocked, maybe to let people come and go if it was a party house? We know he was scoping out the area for a long time and that it didn't seem like a random attack but was it targeted because he knew it was always unlocked?

This was on the desk in front of BK at his sentencing.
Interesting. I guess somebody was sending support to him.
More interesting to me that the heart is almost black.

Somebody asked a question about this at the presser. What in holy hell is that doing there?
