GUILTY PLEA DEAL ACCEPTED - 4 Univ of Idaho Students Murdered, Bryan Kohberger Arrested, Moscow, Nov 2022 #114

I wonder in what kind of job you can sleep? 🤔

Detailes about complaints
This murderer needs to stop already. He's so very, very concerned about his rights, but didn't give two thoughts to the right to live of the four innocent victims Maddie, Kaylee, Xana and Ethan that he so brutally murdered.

For a big, bad, cold blooded murderer you sure are a whining little ____. Mother is not going to be there to make everything all better for you ever again. Deal with your new life and let the rest of your victims try to get on with theirs.

Oh that's right, you NEED ALL THE ATTENTION ALL OF THE TIME. 🍼🚼

Reflecting on the bodycam footage, and the sad game of Who's on First -- poor DM who is trying to keep it together, talks about her roommate KG and the officer, who is aware that there are two victims in each of two rooms muddy have it stuck in his head that DM means "roommate roommate" as in sharing a room with. In a house where there were five roommates, none of whom shared a room (but happening to be sharing a room that night, one with an invited guest).

It struck me because in any other circumstance it would simply be a matter of misunderstanding. So mundane. Such an honest mistake. But with such a horrendous backdrop.

Knowing none of her friends are responding and the First Responders are walking away...

And Murphy, being walked away.

Painfully surreal. No one was saying it but the nothing allaying fear. A reality that got worse and worse and worse.

I'm sick on the photos and self videos at 2 am. Everything college is supposed to be. And even with the underage drinking, they got rides or walked home, traveled in pairs, put no one else in harm's way. Camped out on KG's bed. It should have been the start of their lives.

Not the end.

They are dead not because the felon had any genius, any skill, any anything. He just brought a extra-lethal weapon and ambushed his victims.

Because he wanted to. No other reason.

I don't knew that it's even possible to protect oneself from that kind of grave indifference. He doesn't have to be diagnosed with ASPD to see that he behaves counter-culture. He's just indecent, in every way.

Is there anyone he hasn't been rude to? Classmates, waitresses, students, colleagues professors, Mother, Father... police officers. How many different people did he artlessly railroad with his direct monologues? Forced audiences. Wasting his professor's time. Wasting his parents' time. Wasting the police officer's time. She has better things to do than listen to him run his dissertation on foreign crosswalks. It wasn't actually my fault. I was following the car in front of me. The one who had gone to compete the turn legally? Hardly a defense. But how was he to know? Pennslyvania doesn't have crosswalk paint.

That traffic stop should have started with a sorry, ended with a thank you and been done in under two minutes. She's not your personal Google search bar, Bry. Look it all up on your own time.

We shouldn't be surprised that he doesn't value other people's time.

He doesn't value other people.

It's really too bad he's not in gen pop where he'd be forced to live elbows touching with an entire population he thinks he's better than. Sentenced to peopling all day.

That would be a sentence with some teeth in it.

I wish I could give you 100 likes Megs. The responsibility lays solely at the feet of this psychopath murderer. He is the one with the sick and demented mind. He made the choice, planned and acted upon it. Now he is serving the rest of his miserable life in prison. Good, I'm glad.

He doesn't deserve a do over. I honestly don't care if he lives out his life sentence or gets an early exit by mayhem. He's certainly not making things easier for himself by already filing 5 complaints.

Maddie, Kaylee, Xana and Ethan were doing NOTHING more than most normal college kids do on a weekend night. The very same things I have done myself as well.

They were young, so innocent of any real and present danger at this point in their lives. Hopeful, beautiful, kind, and by all accounts good souls. They should have had a lifetime to look forward to and to share with their families. Gone much too soon in such a horrible manner.

That is not proof that she ate the food in the kitchen, just that the bag/fries ended up in there.

MOO
Right, Xana could have eaten in her room and then dropped the left overs to the kitchen. I think that is when she heard the commotion and might have started up the stairs but saw the murderer coming down and she raced to her room.

Poor Xana, she was the most coherent and wide awake and fought so hard for her life. She knew what was coming and It breaks my heart for her.

You've got your times way wrong, there. The driver wasn't there for twenty minutes.
The DD driver stated in one of the released documents that she was there for at least 15 minutes because she couldn't find the house. She was walking around with a flashlight between Queen and King Streets and upon finding it didn't feel comfortable going to the back patio so she left it at the front door.

Drive from Pullman walk around looking for a difficult to find address for 15 minutes plus wear and and tear on her car. Earning 6 dollars? The Gig economy.

Yes, but steps 1 and 3 may have happened simultaneously or vice versa. This is as I understand it, not set in stone. moo

I'm also not clear if Xana went all the way up the stairs or just approached the stairs or went up a couple, etc. moo.

It's just so eerie to me that Xana fetched the food from the door after he was in the house. They must have missed each other just by a matter of moments when he first went upstairs.

jmopinion

I think she got the food first and he entered either simultaneously and hid or it happened second. She went to her room to eat some, came out to fetch something/use the microwave because things got cold and heard things developing above. JMOO

I am just not buying that he was in the house already, it has been estimated he entered after 4:12 by some. He may have approached monitored movement before entering, etc.

This is what I have in my personal timeline. Who knows I might have something wrong, but this is my timeline.
-------------------------
4:07:27: HH, his lights flash catching cctv.

Moving much quicker on ring camera! He may have finally seen all the lights went off.

4:07:51 GH, BK pulls up behind then beside the house, parked.

4:07:53am got out and did blood spatter midigation.

4:10 or 12 am goes into the house from beind and into the sliding glass foor---leaving it open. Dateline says 4:13am.

He goes straight up stairs.

4:11 kills MM and GK
[Prosecution says MM showed absolutely no sign of defensive wounds. The suspect's clothing precluded any scratching, and alludes to her toxicology being relevant (too drunk to fight back, probably). So no to dna under her fingernails.

SG stated in interview Kaylee had been stabbed so many different times. Could it be she simply woke up to what was happening to Maddie and she started kicking at him. I think he got so pissed so ANGRY he clocked her with the end of that knife. SG said he did see the autopsy for his daughter. He said she had multiple hits to her face. Maybe BK "repositioned" his hand cause she kicked his hand, the knife fell on Maddie and in one swoop he picked it up and hit her face repeatedly.

4:12 DM heard from what sounded like Goncalves playing with her dog, according to the affidavit.

(Actually I think this noise is from upstairs above her and mm ck being killed). So DM heard this, opens her bedroom door, but doesn't see anything.

4:12 XK after flipping through her phone on tic tok she stopped. She was active on her phone 13 minutes after food arrived (from MassGuy)
3:59 + 13 = 4:12

4:10 to 4:13:30 BK is upstairs. It looks like KG put up a harderfight than we thought. She has a busted up face and a broken nose.

4:14am Xana ends tik toc and Xana heads to kitchen, sees back slider open at the same time hears serious commotion upstairs.

4:?? DM was concerned about KG called out KG's name.

Time? Xana instantly gone upstairs to check on KG....then fleeing from Kohberger by running back to her bedroom.

***There was blood on the "banister" the one going up to the 3rd level. Probably BK swiping banister as he came down.

They may have shuffled into the beer pong table knocking cups down. Bethany hears noises from upstairs, a firecracker, a flash under her door and heard the beer pong table moved and falling cups.

4:17:30 She may have tried to slam the door shut. He pushes his way in. He attacks her, they fight. Cctv captures screaming and a THUD. Her autopsy report reveals that she had more than 50 stab wounds covering her body, which were "mostly defensive," and that she died from one laceration in her right lung and two lacerations in her heart. Sgt. Gunderson wrote in his report that "it was obvious an intense struggle had occurred" between Xana and her killer.

She made it over to the right side of the bed, pushed the end table in a struggle. I think Ethan was on his stomach and his legs were cut to immobilize him. this roused him and he tried to get up, like up on his elbow but couldn't (because legs) and fell back onto his back, then the final blow, to his neck leaving him on his back.

EC is finally not moving, he turns around, tells Xana he is going to help her.

***He attacked her and she fought him hard. Xana, a strong-willed woman, fought her killer to the very end. “Bruises on her body, torn by the knife." 😔 This is why we heard THUD.

4:18:20 he stands there a minute with his hands resting on his knee caps watching to see if either move. M00

DM heard what she thought was crying coming from Kernodle's room (or bathroom), so she got up and opened the door a second time.

4:17 a dog goes off loud barking

*Note: doc dump...The King Road Residence contained a significant amount of blood from the victims (some of KG and mostly XK), including spatter and castoff in the living room . Xana was not found in her bed and that "there was blood cast-off on the walls in various places, including above Xana's body."

4:18:50 (dateline) DM opens her door a 3rd time (GH email said DM heard a fight) and sees some clad in black, face mask and bushy eye brows walking "twords her." She saw him and he saw her. Yes, they locked eyes.

He walks past her--she froze shocked.

• He leaves a latent footprint. These residues are often too faint or subtle to be seen with the naked eye outside her door.

Forensic scientists use various techniques, such as dusting with powders, chemical treatments, or advanced imaging technologies, to make latent prints visible.

The male walked twords the sliding glass door. He didn5 kill her Thompson says, because he was in that home longer than he expected. Also he said he only aimed at killing one.

4:17:12am DM locked her door.

He goes out doors up hill to his blood spatter mitigation
Agree with your timeline. One thing I learned from LE's BodyCam footage was seeing the sliding glass door was right next to the kitchen stove. XK had to be in her room when BK entered - not in the kitchen area. She probably turned off the light, went to her room, and then BK came just a minute or so later. Then XK heard the noises. I bet BK expected them to all be asleep at 4 AM.

Quoting myself bc I made a boo boo. I meant to say steps 2 and 4, not 1 and 3. 😣 It was a long day for me by lunchtime. I’m sorry if I added to anyone’s confusion.

Xana could also have been in the living room on the couch eating and doing TikTok with ear buds in so as not to disturb roommates.

If he had left the slider open when he entered, Xana would have seen it if she was out of her room. She may have discovered the open door when she went into the kitchen with her food, or heard the noise upstairs as soon as she left her room and didn’t even have a chance to process the open slider. Or did she say that when she saw the door and heard the noise, pretty much all at once?

Yes, I think Xana had started on her fries and walked into the kitchen, maybe to get ketchup, maybe she was full, maybe to get a paper towel, who knows, noticed the slider open and said “there’s somebody here” and heard the noises upstairs, left the food in kitchen and went to see what was going on. That’s how I see it all happening. It was such a disjointed floor plan that BK could have slipped in either while Xana was getting the food at the door or while she was near her room eating. Moo

That makes the most sense to me, including the timing of the statement about somebody being there.

This has always been what I think happened and prompted the “I think somebody’s here” comment. Xana noticed the open slider and heard Murphy barking, so she went upstairs to see what was going on.

Not off by much. She was there for 15 minutes. Also, I can’t believe I haven’t seen anyone talk about the fact that BK pulled in behind her vehicle when she was parked in front of the house.

Plus the fact that she is a female driver alone at that time of night, so dangerous.

She never even noticed him. Preoccupied with finding the house, then on foot with a flashlight and dog. It's terrifying to think how close she was to the felon, a felon who had no trouble slaughtering victims and witnesses alike.

He was right behind her and she didn't know it.

That is its own nightmare, even if she didn't discover it until long after the fact.

She now knows what he's capable of.

Because of people like the felon, none of us can trust shadows.

Terrifierist.

Much clearer audio...

Words still indistinguishable but...

Thud -- XK falling into the nightstand that hits the wall?

Murphy barking, inside and out...

Sound of trunk closing?

Sound of door shutting?

GH thinks he left the car running and parked really close to wear the camera was, right at the corner.

  • #2,439
Video is really really disturbing with this degree of audio clarity.

MOO There's a sound before Murphy starts actively barking. I wonder if the felon shoved or kicked him. MOO

He thinks the female voice says, "who are you? Get out." But he admits it's all but impossible to be sure. Still, it's chilling.

GH has him entering that house possibly closer to 4:15. It fits with what we've learned IMO.

Fast, fast terror of destruction.

  • #2,440
DM heard "there's someone here/there". What if that's the same audio the neighbor camera picked up and it was XK saying "get out of here"?

I think this happened even faster than the fast time I was thinking. From 7 minutes to 3.

DM opened her door three times. Twice, there was nothing there, nothing to see (though there must have been sounds to hear), uncanny that she didn't see the felon go up or down the stairs, see him pursue XK -- with a 3 minute timeline, she must have just missed those actions by seconds.

Scarier than any movie.
