I just assumed Xana ran around the table. But there is enough room in between the twinkle lights and the table for someone to run that way. It's likely that she did go that way cuz she would be used to it.
Why run around the table though? IMO, if I were running from a murderous man dressed in black wielding a knife, I wouldn't be so delicate. If she'd barreled through the table it could/would have 1) caused more noise, acting as an alarm and 2) created more of a barrier than what was already there. Those tables aren't too heavy. But again, nobody knows what we'd do in this situation. Sad. IMO

Does anyone know at what point was the first mention of "bushy eyebrows"? I'm unable to sort through the docs at this time.

Just finished watching the bodycam. That officer who's wearing the bodycam, he needs a raise - promotion.

To have had the interior so meticulously spotless, when seized at his arrest, as was reported by LE, #163214 apparently didn't care how nasty the exterior was. I guess he wasn't worried about DNA or blood evidence being found there. I do suppose it is possible that LE got it that dirty while breaking it down, but I highly doubt it. It looks like it was covered with road grime. Even more evidence of his attempt to cover his crimes. JMO
His car looked pretty filthy in the two bodycam videos on his way back to PA with his dad.

Not intending to be snarky. It took me about 15 minutes using the thread links posted on on page 1 of every thread for this case.

Here is where the posts first began here regarding the convicted murderer accepting a plea deal, starting with post #628:

Post in thread 'PLEA DEAL REACHED - 4 Univ of Idaho Students Murdered, Bryan Kohberger Arrested, Moscow, Nov 2022 #109'
PLEA DEAL REACHED - 4 Univ of Idaho Students Murdered, Bryan Kohberger Arrested, Moscow, Nov 2022 #109

The defense reached out to the prosecution, they came to an agreement for the resulting plea deal; source below.

The plea deal — the defense requested an offer from the prosecution — will take the death penalty off the table in exchange for Kohberger pleading guilty to all charges: the four first-degree murder counts and an additional charge of felony burglary.

I have MS with severe cognitive issues, all of those links stacked up are very confusing for me to root through . I’ve been a member here for 25 years, I know how links work. I would not have asked if I didnt need help . I often find the SEARCH function is not that easy to find what I’m looking for, so I thought I would ask. Anyway, thanks for your explanation . MOO

My sincere sympathy, I also have MS so I understand completely.
It's why I rarely post anything now.

Feel free to ask for help anytime you need to. I have followed this case from the very beginning, and still ask for an explanation or link at times. It is impossible to remember every detail of an almost-3-years old case, but someone on the thread will usually know any answer I may need. Someone will always be happy to help.

Thanks so much for your kind words, and offer of help , SteveP !! I do know after all these years I can find help here. I do get a little frustrated at times searching for things.

Check the media thread. All info, no comments. If I remember correctly, the defense approached the prosecution right before the jury summaries were sent out. IMHO
Great help, browneyes, thanks so much !

Hindsight and all, I wish she would have run out the open slider. Wasn’t that near the beer pong table?

I was going to say maybe dirty from dusting for fingerprints (accomplice) but looks more like road grime.

I imagine instinctively you'd like to do anything possible to avoid hurting yourself, even when you're evading someone you suspect is going to hurt you.

I've always thought she was running toward Ethan for help but didn't make it. :(

I’ve been out all day, caught up on Emmanuel thread and soon will plunge back into this one.

I appreciate all the warnings that though the LE bodycam footage posted yesterday by @MassGuy is not graphic, it is still a tough watch. It’s also longer than I would typically pay attention to a video, but I will steel myself later tonight and catch up.

Off-topic I know but meant to be supportive:
Love and good wishes for all our fellow posters who have their own struggles, yet come to WS to pour out their love and concern for all the victims.

@SteveP

You are a prince.

Thank you for the compassion that I’ve seen you show, many times.

Just watching law & crime commentary on the footage. The first arriving officer Nunnez (spelling?) Was only 22, that must have been chilling to be so close in age

I appreciate your explanation & I am sorry for your struggles. Please don’t mistake my directness or bluntness for me being intentionally rude or condescending. It was late, I was simply trying to help & answer quickly since I saw your post was made late at night (figured you might see it before logging off). Not my intent at all & sorry if taken as such.

ETA Best 15 minutes spent in the past 2 days knowing it may have been some help 😉
