GUILTY PLEA DEAL ACCEPTED - ID - 4 Univ of Idaho Students Murdered, Bryan Kohberger Arrested, Moscow, Nov 2022 #114

  • #4,081
After literally just glancing at the crime scene photos and quickly looking away, I am just so shaken by the sweetness of these kids, the things in their rooms, their darling dog..blood everywhere.

I will never understand the "plea deal" and I pray for justice because I don't think justice prevailed in this case.

this man stabbed and beat a young woman to death and then murdered her friends after that..broke into their home and committed violence of such brutality and cruelty. I don't know how the judge can live with himself. mOO

Did anyone see the pictures with no redactions at all? Has anyone heard if this was really the case?

TRIGGER WARNING: IF YOU CLICK ON THE LINK AND SCROLL DOWN, YOU'LL SEE THE CRIME SCENE PHOTOS.
"Kaylee Goncalves' loved ones condemned the photo drop by the Idaho State Police on Tuesday, January 20, revealing they weren't given proper notice about the images being made available for public viewing.

"We got a call at 11:04 am that photos would be released this afternoon," a post on the family's Facebook page read. "By the time the call ended (12 minutes later) the photos had already been released (likely they had been available before the call we just didn’t know it yet). That’s the 'heads up' we received."

Families are not happy about the release of pictures.

Yes, background checks may be very comprehensive. At universities or medical centers, they even run a credit report. It’s all very upfront.

What federal law would that be? Employers run all kinds of background checks -credit reports, OIG, etc. They are very upfront about it & the candidate signs they are in agreement. This is also true of financial staff, at most universities or academic medical centers, the candidate is unemployable if there is a bankruptcy or continuous poor credit. Doesn’t matter if your spouse died, medical debt, it’s across the board.

Professors at major universities are very candid with their peers at other universities. I know this from experience

Background checks don't disclose "he made others feel uncomfortable." That's word-of-mouth, and any university engaging in such action is opening themselves up to one hell of a defamation lawsuit.

There's a reason most employers stick to dates of employment without much commentary.

MOO.

THANK YOU Twall. This is crazy don't you think?

Yes. Glad ISP made a statement but there's no way they followed Judge Marshall's order like MPD did because MPD didn't release any photos of the bedrooms after the order.

Well, surely he wasn’t going to be a momma’s boy for the rest of his life? It’s been stated on these threads many times his parents were not financially solid.

What does that have to do with anything?

If you lie on your application & have a tentative offer & begin employment, yes, you may be immediately terminated. I know of several terminations based on bankruptcy, lying about academic credentials, even at the high school level of not graduating high school, but passed the GED.

Where exactly did he lie? Are you talking about in the future? We have no indication that he did lie or that he would have lied. I'm trying to figure out what point you're making.

“Incision of the septum” and “perforation of the tongue” on Maddie, I don’t fully understand what that means. Just that he used the knife on her face? ( 😞 ) Somehow I hadn’t realized he had cut/stabbed them all in their faces… that is just so unbelievably cold blooded and brutal.

Somehow, the fact that they inhaled their own blood is the most awful thing of all to me

Oh my God, this SOB did SO much damage to FOUR people in a short amount of time, he must have been in such a frenzy, and he has the gall in prison to complain about his coaxial cable and his fruit cups and whatever other trivialities are annoying him.

ETA: I know our law demands no cruel and unusual punishment for a prisoner.
However, under the non-legal maxim of letting the punishment fit the crime, I’d be fine with BK kept under the prison, with one tube to breathe and one tube to feed him mush. Alas, this cannot happen. But IMO it would fit the crime better than acceding to all his picayune requests.

Just my angry opinion right now and I know this is cruel of me. But reading the autopsy report has me wound up.

all this is gonna circulate around the prison...people are gonna be talking about him and people on the outside are going too be talking to people on the inside...all of this will be common knowledge if it isn't already...things aren't going to get better for Bryan,
I hope they are aware of how dangerous Bryan is and also how much danger Bryan is in.
