GUILTY PLEA DEAL ACCEPTED - ID - 4 Univ of Idaho Students Murdered, Bryan Kohberger Arrested, Moscow, Nov 2022 #114

What does that have to do with anything?

Where exactly did he lie? Are you talking about in the future? We have no indication that he did lie or that he would have lied. I'm trying to figure out what point you're making.

You are taking my replies to others’ post & posting. If you would post the complete post I would be glad to reply, instead of me having to explain to what was posted.

I wish there wasn't a plea deal and they took it all the way and this guy got the death sentence. The crime scene pictures, however awful, truly bring to life what the 4 kids went through. You can understand even more the families dispair with the plea deal. I feel the same for them.

The plea deal's aim
was to make sure the murderer would be isolated from the Society for good
and never pose a danger again.
He will spend the rest of his life locked in prison.

If this isn't Justice served,
I don't know what is 🤔

all this is gonna circulate around the prison...people are gonna be talking about him and people on the outside are going too be talking to people on the inside...all of this will be common knowledge if it isn't already...things aren't going to get better for Bryan,
I hope they are aware of how dangerous Bryan is and also how much danger Bryan is in.

As the old saying goes "You do the crime, you do the time." I say stick him in Gen Pop and let the chips fall where they may, this was a preplanned, vicious, brutal attack on innocent college kids who didn't even know his name.

It sickens me that this murderer has nothing to do but complain about his mean old prison conditions and co axle cable. Furious.

I’m sorry, I have one more question that I think I already know the answer to. Page 37:

Does this mean Kaylee was sitting up when she sustained a significant injury?
Yes, I believe she was backed up against the wall as far as she could go. The way the bed was situated left her no way to exit. That monster really did a vicious number on her, especially in the facial area. I can still hear her sister's (Alivea) impact statement:

<snipped>

You want the truth. Here’s the one you’ll hate the most, if you hadn’t attacked them in their sleep, in the middle of the night, like a pedophile, Kaylee would have kicked your f------ ass.

Court Applauds Kaylee Goncalves’ Sister's Statement to Bryan Kohberger. Read It in Full

A whiny, demanding, "high maintenance"... quadruple murderer. Fruit cups. Bananas. Cable. You know, a lot of people that didn't murder four college kids? They can't afford cable. Humility? You know... you're a murderer?

I am anti-DP. Let me tell you, this BK... whatever he is (???).. he's the best walking, talking advertisement and argument FOR the death penalty that I've ever witnessed in my life.

I have never seen anything like him. He's... in a class by himself. Okay, maybe Alcala. The closest thing I can find to BK in terms of wacky + completely disgusting + convicted murderer/multiple victims/unearthly presence, horrific crimes = Rodney Alcala. All right, maybe Bundy, too. That defending himself, getting married (???), constantly looking for sympathy, even though he goes coast to coast murdering people (sometimes after escaping from jail). I don't know if this is BK's last-ditch effort to land himself among the "greats" of murderous bloodthirsty anticsocial psychotics, but it's painful to watch. Is he trying to make up for leaving the sheath behind by being as contemptible as possible once he's in prison? It's like more sadism from behind bars.

Not since Bundy and Alcala have I seen such a vile show. Seriously. Even Cottingham doesn't act like this. BK makes me puke.

Flipping vile. I sympathize with ANY of the families' lawsuits. They could literally go out right now and file on Mary Poppins and Humpty Dumpty, I'd support them.

Did anyone see the pictures with no redactions at all? Has anyone heard if this was really the case?

I was able to see more than I even wanted to. I'm all for transparency and I need to understand what happened. However, this crime scene gives me more questions than answers. It's chaotic. It is absolutely everywhere. It is not that bad in areas and absolutely horrific in others. I don't think my brain can understand it. Why would you stab somebody in the head?

My comments are voluminous and quite frankly not helpful. It feels like BK kept going long after they were gone, to mimick a serial killer. Overkill to fit in to the murderer mode. It seems completely nonsensical and needs explained to me by a crime scene expert. JMOO

The energy required to do this is ridiculous, in the middle of the night to folks you targeted but do not actually know. I need answers and this only confuses more.

There were a few mistakes with no redactions. The timing of the autopsy report release after seeing all this sort of made it worse and I wondered what they were thinking. JMOO

I'm quoting what you said and replying to it. Whether you said it to me or someone else is irrelevant. I'm quoting your post and asking for clarification. I read the post that came before it. I don't need clarification of the other poster's post. Just yours.

They have a lousy public/community relations department is what it tells me, if they even have one at all.

Solitary confinement is a living death, with serious health consequences including gastrointestinal and genitourinary problems, diaphoresis, insomnia, deterioration of eyesight, profound fatigue, heart palpitations, migraines, back and joint pains, weight loss,
diarrhea, and aggravation of preexisting medical problems. Even those without a prior history of mental illness may experience a deterioration in mental health, experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, diminished impulse control, paranoia, visual and auditory hallucinations, cognitive disturbances, obsessive thoughts, paranoia, hypersensitivity to stimuli, posttraumautic stress disorder, self-harm, suicide, and/or psychosis.

Physical death is a one-time experience. BK suffers every day, progressively, which is OK with me. The fact that his petty complaints are his only daily interaction with human beings is - to me - very satisfying.

Thanks for putting LWOP in perspective. I mainly just want him in Gen Pop just like every other murderer, why are these so called "high profile" murderers allowed to be segregated?

Because they aren't just at risk, they pose a risk to other prisoners and prison staff.

More than the head of gang that murdered multiple innocent people, or any other vicious killer who murders? A killer is a killer to me and they are all a risk to others and prison staff. High profile should not allow any killer special treatment. I know some people suggest that killing a high profile killer earns an inmate 'street cred' in prison, but too bad. Let nature take its course. JMO

This happened last Saturday. When I heard an inmate had assaulted a guard I have to admit my first thought was it was Kohberger that did it.

this guys looks as crazy as Kohberger

After literally just glancing at the crime scene photos and quickly looking away, I am just so shaken by the sweetness of these kids, the things in their rooms, their darling dog..blood everywhere.

I will never understand the "plea deal" and I pray for justice because I don't think justice prevailed in this case.

this man stabbed and beat a young woman to death and then murdered her friends after that..broke into their home and committed violence of such brutality and cruelty. I don't know how the judge can live with himself. mOO
Where can I see the unredacted photos?

Also, the person who created the bloodstains=person who bled, not the person who caused the injury/perpetrator.

P.88
3. The presence of diluted bloodstains outside of the respective bedrooms indicates that the person(s) responsible for the creation of these bloodstains also caused their dilution.
P.88 does not necessarily mean the person who bled caused the dilution, imo. It says the person responsible for the creation of these bloodstains also caused their dilution. If I stab someone, get their blood on me, try to wash it off, but fail and only dilute the blood, then wipe my hand on a wall, I am the perpetrator, not the person who bled. But I caused the bloodstain and diluted the blood.

How they can be sure the person responsible for the creation of these bloodstains also caused their dilution is beyond me though. If I stab or even just cut someone, they fall into table with a cup of water and diluted their own blood, and I grab them, then wipe my hand on the wall, they diluted the blood, but I made the diluted bloodstains. So that has me confused, simply because of the location near the beer pong table. Those could have been old stains (accidental cut) or new ones, they didn't specify. JMO.

Autopsy report summaries for each victim, to include toxicology.

Used AI to analyze impairment:

- Kaylee Goncalves: BAC 0.107% - Moderate impairment (impaired coordination, judgment).

- Madison Mogen: BAC 0.282% - Severe impairment (possible stupor, disorientation).

- Xana Kernodle: BAC 0.229%, Amphetamine 12 ng/mL - Severe from alcohol, low amphetamine effect.

- Ethan Chapin: BAC 0.122%, Amphetamine 260 ng/mL - Moderate from alcohol, stimulant effects from amphetamine.

This is crazy! I counted the various stab wounds and came up with 150+. I just can't imagine inflicting that much damage on 4 people and all in such a short time. He must have been frenzied, out-of-control, keyed up (ya think!??!), and filled with so so much rage.

He's a disgusting, despicable sorry excuse for a human being.

It made me really mad to see the level of damage he inflicted. Especially to poor Xana. He literally cut through bone in her hand as she tried to defend herself. Horrific.
