I believe the counts are in the order of occurrence. So Madison killed first, then Kaylee, xana, and Ethan in that order.

IMO the flight logs show that Steve G thinks that BK’s parents knew about the deal before the victim’s families did. Therefore they booked a flight earlier than the rest?

The defense could have told them. I would think that as soon as AT knew it was a deal, someone in her office or she herself would call the parents.
