Would it have been a good idea for Casey's attorney to make sure the conditions of the electronic monitoring device were met prior to today? It shocks me that he didn't go over any of that with Cindy and George. I mean getting a landline installed could take a week or a day..risky when you're client is sitting in jail yes?

The landline is not the problem. There is some verbage that is not real clear regarding the home comfinement. We along with the attorney are just making sure that everything is perfect and they can't say well this isn't done right start over!

I see the lies and some of those are valid. If anybody has any other way of cracking this besides the direction is going then feel free to share your ideas. Unfortunately Casey does have some answers to very important questions regarding Caylee. It's a stretch but maybe just maybe we can get something that will help find the girl. I will say this this, there is quite a bit of information out there that the media has everybody believing that is not even close to the facts.

I am glad that is cleared up, no videotaping.

I would imagine having to watch someone 24/7 will be difficult at times, especially with no pay.

You said on another thread that you were worried about suicide. I am worried that Casey will try to kill herself. You have said that there will be someone with her at all times. does this include the bathroom? There are many ways to die in a bathroom. Hanging by something, dropping a hair dryer into a bathtub, overdose on meds that might be kept there.

Nobody has spoken to Casey. We are working on meeting the 3 conditions so we can post the bond. No we do not have to post cash for the bond like "the Dog" stated.

Why doesn't Tony donate the $50k to the reward fund instead of wasting it getting out Casey?

I posted this on the wrong thread and was advised to post it here. I hope this is the correct forum.

From what I have observed from her parents and friends reports this is a very troubled girl. If she is not a sociopath, she appears to have a deep psychosis which could prove to be dangerous to herself.

My question for Mr. Padilla is aren't you taking a great risk by bailing her out of a protected place like a jail?

If she was involved with her daughter's death, she is a very high risk candidate for suicide. Even if she wasn't involved, from her history as portrayed by family and friends, she appears very unstable.

How do you plan to protect her from harming herself?

Since Mr. Dick is a PI working alongside Leonard, would it be accurate to say that any information obtained via of Casey or possibly other's, in the pursuit of finding Caylee. That the obtained information will only be shared with Mr. Baez, Casey's Defense Attorney or related defense Attorney team?

The understanding is Mr. Robert Dick is a Private Investigator and Leonard Padilla is the actual Bounty Hunter. So it appears understandable under Florida Bounty Hunter laws, Mr. Dick is very instrumental to Mr. Leonard Padilla. This being due to the fact of Robert Dick holding the official PI license but could you go into a little more detail as to why; Leonard choose to reference the individual in control of Caylee as not only being a Fugitive but the Fugitive that he is hunting?

The last question in this post is based upon the above statement. Do you for-see many difficulties ahead for both Robert and Leonard in their proposed time span search, in their ability to not only locate a singular fugitive but possibly other fugitive's, who may also be involved in handing Caylee off, thereby preventing her from a timely safe return?
