ACTIVE SEARCH Please help find the shooters that paralyzed this 8 yr old in Oakland, CA

This happened on I-580 eastbound in Oakland, CA a month ago. The 8 year old boy caught in the crossfire and hit by a stray bullet, who is now paralyzed and unable to breathe on his own, is a relative. PLEASE help find the shooters. They originally reported that the vehicles shooting at each other are a dark gray sedan (possibly also an SUV) and a maroon SUV that likely exited at Park Blvd. There is a CHP tipline (707-917-4491). Being new to starting a post here, I appreciate any assistance. I will try to attach the original police report (see attachment) and original tv report and some updated news articles. This is beyond tragic and this sweet 8-year-old who was just sitting in his car on the way to his grandparents for dinner and was hit by a stray bullet is paralyzed from the neck down. All of the family's lives will never be the same.

The family is donating some of the funds raised for his ongoing care to organizations and families who are victims of gun violence. PLEASE help find the perpetrators of this senseless crime.

Apologies if I was unclear. The police say they have no leads, so was reaching out to this large community in the hopes that those in the SF/East bay community might possibly have witnessed this incident, or know someone who did, or who might know how to sniff out leads to anyone who might know the owners of these vehicles. Anything.

The police say they have no cameras and no leads. Was hoping that some in this wonderful community might live in the E Bay/SF area and might have witnessed something or know someone who might have heard something about who might own these vehicles. Anything is appreciated.
