I noticed in part 3 of the clip.
George says he followed her mother's car. All this time we have thought it was Cindy's car, the one she drives he followed.
Now I think it was Casey in the Pontiac, that really belongs to Cindy.

YES I was thinking the same thing when I heard it......I wonder if it was after the BIG fight......on the 15th.....or sometime around then, perhaps before....and he just blurted that out and....then had back paddle to come up with a date after the 15 because LE would have questioned the date and what happend....and the A's of course didnt want to say anything about a Big fight or even mess up the timeline....

Heartwrenching. I wanted to skip through the footage of Caylee because it's so painful to hear her sweet, innocent little voice, but wouldn't allow myself to do that. After being murdered and tossed out like yesterday's garbage, and dismissed by her gp's in favor of her hateful mother, she deserves our full attention. Rest in peace, sweet Caylee.

They were texting back and forth. IIRC, the last text between KC and TL was when KC was whining about her predicament and TL called her on the carpet for that. KC never texted him back. I'll look at the case calendar to try to find the info.

I believe it was in the last document dump and it was either a text message or in AL's interview, but I remember it. I am thinking that she talked to or texted AL on July 16th, after the police arrived but before taking LE on the wild goose chase. I'll see if I can find it

How was KC "texting"? Didn't LE take her phone? I know KC left her phone at TL's and that is how he got a hold of AH and when AH told him about the check theft. But LA took KC's phone when he went and got the laptop and stuff. So when LA got back to the house with "her stuff" didn't LE take that phone and the new spin started with the missing blackjack? So, if LE had her phone that night - how was KC texting TL? Was she using CA's phone?

But you are right - that first phone call from jail - when all KC wanted was TL's number - did she actually call TL after that and we won't hear THAT call until trial? I would think that LE was listening in real time with that first call and red flags popped when all she wanted was TL's number - so after she hung up - LE said "sure let her have another one (call)" and KC then called TL? But why would TL then say in his interview that he has not spoken to nor seen KC seen CA took her out of his apt?

This case will drive you nuts. IMO

It was when she was in the garage with LA while the police were questioning everyone separately.

Ok - thankx. So AH and TL talked later on the night of July 15th - 16th - That was the night LE got involved. WHEN did TL talk to KC AFTER THAT? LE stayed there almost the enitre night - then came back around 7ish or so (IIRC) to take KC on her "3 hour tour" of Orlando and apts and jobs and desks........ Then she was arrested.

When did TL talk to KC? Did she call him very early BEFORE LE came and got her?

IIRC TL said that he has not spoken to nor seen KC since CA took her out of his apt that night.

This may have already been answered, and if so, just disregard, but I think that TL and KC were texting on the 16th of July.

LOL - Funny how perceptions are so different. I thought their back yard was tiny and they had way too much junk in it. It would smother me to death to be out there with all that junk around me. LOL

Me calling the A's for what they are is not hate. It's based on facts. And in this case, side by side comparisions on a well made video. I don't hate the A's. But I'm extremely angry with them.

You know what I wish? I wish they would have chosen the high road on day 1, and weren't facing OJ charges. But that is the road the A's took. It's no ones fault but theirs.

I don't see it as hate either, but reality. The reality of their situation of their life is they destroyed it and Lee's by their actions trying to cover up for KC and I say let the chips fall where they may.

Question to everyone,

I would like to download the video clips (as much as possible) which is what NifterMedia has done so I can go and listen to more ... like the stuff surrounding some of their clipped statements, etc. esp LA I know they had to edit, but hearing some of these bits makes me want to go back and listen to more of what was being said right around the bits. (hoping this makes sense?)

I've searched the media thread and so far the links there are to media sites where you can watch them but cannot download them.

Does anyone know where there are links to video that can be downloaded?

Hearing Caylee sing You are my Sunshine is heartbreaking to me. It also brings about other impressions.
I would think Cindy taught Caylee this song and taught her to exchange the words to " Please don't take Nan's Sunshine away." Why would Cindy teach her to substitute this line in the song and make it personal?
Did Cindy continue to impress upon Caylee that she was her grandmother's sunshine. And Cindy had a constant fear Caylee would be taken away from her?
Was this an ongoing threat between Casey and Cindy. That Casey would take Caylee away if things didn't go her way with her mother, Cindy.
Little Caylee even shakes her head no when she sings this line. This was something I'm sure Cindy taught her to do with the special lyrics.
If Cindy did have a fear of Casey taking Caylee, how could she have allowed 31 days go by without know where and how her granddaughter was.
That song is very telling to me. It tells me a lot about Cindy and the masks she wears.

I just watched all four videos and yes, I am crying. Can you imagine Caylee being in Heaven, watching down on her beloved family, lying their heads off for KC's benefit? It is one thing to continue to love your loved one when they have done wrong, but it is another thing to cover up for that loved one's crime. To me, that is criminal and should be punishable. The Anthonys have had many chances to retract their lies and do the right thing for Caylee. They lied up until the very last LKL show on December 10th. GA said his professional opinion of the smell in the car was that it was rotting pizza. I am sure that he is a good man and that he loved Caylee but he is so whipped by CA that it's not even funny. I hope to God that he apologizes to Caylee every night before he closes his eyes to sleep. As to GA, she will continue to live in her untruths and mis-truths and half-truths and will probably want KC to get an appeal, once her a$$ gets sentenced to the DP or LWOP. This woman is a nurse people. Is that scary or what?

I'm asking God right now to help me see clearly, to give me the courage to confront wrong behavior when observed and to oversee the remaining development of my teenage son. There is so much shallow, lewd behavior these days among people (not just young ones), it scares me. Weeks ago I was still hoping for an explanation for all this that made some sense. I'll never understand the loss of an innocent child. God states they are His. I choose to believe this is true.

Thank you for posting these videos Windchime. They are the first glimpse of Caylee's own version of the story. They made me very sad but also make it very clear that Caylee's spirit will shine through all of the lies and deceipt!

Having just watched the videos again, I was struck by what LE has been through. Can you imagine trying to work on this case with all the lies and deceipt? I honestly believe LE has tried very hard to walk a line of sympathy for the As. However, Caylee needs justice. And her family did not focus on that child.

Tres small in my opinion as well. Everything was squinched in there. I envisioned it as being much larger.
