</B>(1) A person is guilty of child molestation in the third degree when the person has, or knowingly causes another person under the age of eighteen to have, sexual contact with another who is at least fourteen years old but less than sixteen years old and not married to the perpetrator and the perpetrator is at least forty-eight months older than the victim.

(2) Child molestation in the third degree is a class C felony.

I think you misunderstood me... I am saying that it is possible that there are two sex offenders in the family... but that perhaps one was "made" into one (pertaining to daddy g charges). ITA with you on the allegation of the 12 year old... I too believe it happened.

9 pm DG leaves a picnic at the neighbors. did he walk there and back home?

9:26 DG places a call

In between 9:30 and 10:00 Lindsey vanishes.

10 pm DG's car is sighted near the area where Lindsey vanished

~~burning question: did Daddy G leave home in that time frame/use DG's car?~~~

There is a long and strange period of silence on DG's cell phone. There is a roughly three and a half hour gap between 9:30 and 1:11am....and another uncharacteristic five hour gap between 1:11 and 6:18 for an "uncharacteristic" total of eight and a half hours. We don't know what he was doing or where he was during this time...and we know nothing of the whereabouts of daddy G.. However, would it be reasonable to think it possible that these two somehow acted together at some point in the commission of a crime?

(eta, I know the timeline is already out there (((thanks Salem!!))) but just wanted to put it into a bit more perspective)

Don't know yet Nurse - bet he had a job where he would have been perceived as an authority figure though.
