Assistance for SM in identifying relationship. There seems to be some confusion there.

You can open the jpeg and view the original document at the link. It lists his legal name as C. Donald Golder...he actually signs it as Don Golder.

No, not Lindsey. Dale and what he did at 14yo...looks like he was abused and so the cirlce goes. I have no idea what happened to Lindsey...all any of us can do is guess at this point.

We are never allowed to discuss anyone's real name with their hat name. Ever. If we made exceptions once, then our anonymity could be at risk in the future. Rather than say "unless blah blah blah", we can't.

Now, if I were to say "Hey everyone! Just thought I'd let everyone know that I'm actually Oprah!", then that's when Tricia steps in to verify and she announces we can discuss this person with their real name.

Does anyone know about the SO reporting system in Wa? Here in Oregon, they only report Tier I offenders. However, wasn't the SO named Jessy a Tier III offender?

I'm starting to have concerns about how carefully these sites are when it comes to reporting.

Here in WA there is level I, II and III. All of them have to register but level I offenders won't be released to the public.

Another tough one! LOL! It depends on if the county requires business licenses. I would think so, since WA has sales tax. In Oregon, our city requires licenses, but some counties do not. Oregon doesn't have sales tax.

I assume they are out of the McCleary city limits.
