Well, if it's the medication I think it is, then yes, it can work on women too.

The problem though is the intent isn't for sex necessarily. The thrill, is the forbiden aspect. It could also be that the perp could enjoy the power their victims. I don't think it is simply about sex. But I'm no expert on these things. Take away the desire for sex, and you won't always treat the problem.

You could compare it to say shoplifying shoes... All people who shop lift shoes will have the feet broken so that they could not wear shoes. That would work if the point was to wear shoes. If it's the thrill of law breaking then no, broken feet won't fix the problem. If that makes any sense? I don't always explain things very well...
